Assisted Living Facilities - Be on the Lookout

Last week, KSLA received notification from DAIL stating that they are emailing renewal letters to facilities. Contained in the letter is a link for facilities to use to complete the on-line renewal process.

DAIL also noted that facilities should not print out and mail renewal documents and payments to DAIL. Everything, including ACH or credit card payments, is being done on-line. Anything mailed to the main office will not be processed, as the certification team is no longer working from there.
