CHFS Contracted Labs for Surveillance COVID-19 Testing Effective 12/31/2020

(From CHFS, 12/31/2020) Non-Medicare-Certified LTCFs become eligible for CHFS-contracting clinical labs to perform PCR testing bi-weekly for staff, as well as symptomatic residents and to confirm a positive antigen test result.

The list of participating labs appears Here, and it will be updated as more labs execute an agreement with CHFS for the next phase. Once you click on the link, you'll need to scroll down to the heading “LTC Surveillance Testing Program,” and select "List of Participating Clinical Labs: Beginning 12/31/2020."
