CHFS E-Storefront: A Resource for ALCs and PCHs

An "E-Storefront" has been created so that long-term care providers could more easily find CHFS resources on-line. From guidance memos to FAQs, from forms to the LTC County Indicator map, this is the place to find anything COVID-19 related and sent out by CHFS.
