Thanks so much for your registration! We'll send an invoice to the email provided. You may pay online using a credit card or ACH, or mail your payment by check to us at Kentucky Senior Living Association, PO Box 232, LaGrange, KY 40031.

The Exhibitor Space: Where it is, Table Assignments, When to Setup, What's Included, and Teardown Time

At this year's conference, most conference activities will happen on the first floor of the hotel. You may ship your exhibit materials to the hotel, if desired. However, they should arrive no sooner than Tuesday, March 12, 2024.

When you arrive, proceed to "The Barn." You can setup your exhibitor space any time after 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, or any time before 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13. Exhibitor table assignments will be made by KSLA, upon receipt of registration and fees, in the order received, and with priority given to our sponsors.

Your exhibitor space will include a six-foot skirted table, two chairs, and a waste paper basket. Displays that are too large for the space provided may require a move to a more roomy location. Electric outlets are not guaranteed, although it is possible that tables that back up to solid walls will have outlets nearby. Upon arrival, please notify the conference staff if your display requires electricity and we'll accommodate you as best we can.

There will be an exhibitor reception mid-morning and another mid-evening on Wednesday, March 13.  

You may break your exhibitor space down any time after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13. While our exhibitor receptions are only held on Wednesday, we encourage you to attend ALL Conference activities on both days to take advantage of opportunities to engage with our provider members.
