The COV ID-19 Vaccine Unsupported Second Dose Assistance program provides assistance for those persons who received a first dose of COVID-19 vaccine more than 100 miles outside the Kentucky border (such as a new resident who has recently moved), or are experiencing difficulty obtaining a second dose from the Kentucky provider who administered the first dose.
