DAIL/OIG Guidance Regarding Small Group Activities, Congregate Dining and Family Visitation is Forthcoming!

During a call with Inspector General Adam Mather, on Wednesday, June 17, Bob was told that guidance is being written to allow small group activities in common areas, congregate dining, and family visitation.

Since that time, we've been in touch with the LTC Task Force and offered our feedback to their draft guidance document. While the process is taking longer than we'd like, we are encouraged by the task force's diligence in coming up with a plan that will be well-received by our membership while still protecting the health and well-being of our residents.

We have received the guidance from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS). These will be sent to you by email on Friday, June 26,2020.
