DAIL Update Regarding Congregate Activities

Bob talked with Commissioner Elridge this afternoon and she verbally approved residents walking up and down the halls in their communities as long as there is no more than one person doing so at a time. She also verbally approved residents to go outside, one at a time.

Bob asked Commissioner Elridge if she would put this directive in writing and she said she would take it under advisement.

Commissioner Elridge reiterated that there should be no congregate activity in any community, and that her definition of congregate activity is no more than one person should be in the hallways, community spaces or outdoors at a time.
