New Year, New System!

KSLA is upgrading its accounting system and we want you to know about some positive changes you can expect! We'll be moving to Quickbooks OnLine beginning January 1, 2022 and this means things are going to be easier for our members. Here's the scoop...

Beginning January 1, 2022, you'll have the option to receive invoices from KSLA via email. To insure that you receive them without delay, please add quickbooks@notification.intuit.com to your "safe senders" list in your email application. And, so you know what you're looking for, invoices will come to your inbox with a subject line that reads something like Invoice 12345 from Kentucky Senior Living Association (KSLA). When you receive electronic invoices via email from KSLA ...

• A pdf version of the invoice will be attached to the email so you can print it out if you'd like
• You'll have the option to click a "Review and Pay" button to see invoice details and securely pay the invoice electronically right there using a credit or debit card or ACH transfer (also known as an electronic check - you'll need your routing and checking account numbers for the ACH option)
• If you prefer to mail us a check, no problem! You'll still have the option to do that too.

If any of your contact information has changed, please email those changes to Rebecca@KentuckySeniorLiving.org. Generally speaking, electronic invoices for provider members will be emailed to the Executive Director, Administrator and/or Owner of each community and our associate members' invoices will be emailed to our main point of contact at each business. However, if you'd like us to send those electronic invoices to another person, or if you prefer that we only mail you hard copy invoices via USPS, that's ok too! Just let us know that by emailing Rebecca@KentuckySeniorLiving.org and we'll flag your account accordingly.

Because this is a new process, we'll email annual membership dues invoices to each KSLA member on January 1, 2022, AND we'll also mail a hard copy of each invoice to our members via USPS mail.
