SB 20 Has Been Revived

The sponsor for HB29 has agreed to put the language from SB20, the Assisted Living bill, as a committee substitute to HB29. HB29 was a bill that increased a temporary administrator's license from six months to nine months. SB20 is the bill that we vetted and changed in 2019. This bill, if passed, will change the annual certification reviews from bi-annual to annual.
