Dominion Senior Living, Frankfort, located at 122 Leonardwood Drive in Frankfort, will celebrate its Grand Opening from 4-6 p.m., on Thursday, September 27. Their ribbon cutting ceremony will be at 4:30 p.m. on the same day.
