Place full of bedbugs. Lying staff said they never had a problem with bedbugs. This place is a nightmare. People here are too scared to say anything because they will be put out. A lot of homeless people live there and unstable drugs, and mental illness. This place needs to be closed down. Why city isn’t helping I don’t understand. Call city failed inspection however city going to give them til May 12 to respecting. But this city should close this place. Have to find out about tenant rights and try to get the hell out of here.

I have been in and out of this complex visiting. Units aren't bad for the area, and most of the staff is very friendly, but some of the cleaning staff has really bad attitudes!

This place is a nightmare the manager is bipolar. They robbed me of my security deposit very bad business people in general.Hey the police or ambulance comes almost everyday. The management thinks things are under control.I was asked by several tenants if I needed anything.A situation happened a man beat a woman in the elevator and lobby in front of 20 other residents. All I'm saying is look elsewhere. If you like loud sirens at night and don't mind an occasional fire suit yourself.Theres way better places than looking back and telling yourself that was a huge mistake.

Ok I really hate to say this but I was on the 5th floor today and there was bed bugs I would not joke about this

Not to bad just quit and friendly place.

Bed bugs never saw one until I moved here. This place had a problem with bed bugs for a very long time. I pay an extra 25 dollars a month to get a bed bug inspection and treatment because I had bed bugs in my unit twice and I don't think that's fare because I didn't have a problem with bed bugs until I came here. I have had my rent raised every year since I have been here. I pay 600 dallors for an out dated one room studio apartment with small kitchen and bath. I feel since I didn't bring bed bugs here to Baptist towers I shouldn't have to pay an extra 25 dollars for prevention, that should be on them to keep bed bugs off of the tenants. End of story. Thank you

People there are nice but one person there keeps harassing me when me and her broke up and found another guy a week or something like that after we broke up and we was engaged and her family told her to break up with me because I'm too young for her and I'm 19 and she's 26 and she lives in her own apartment she's her own guardian and keeps wondering why I'm so mad at her

I love my apt and would love to stay. I’ve been here for over 1 year. When my lease was up, they wouldn’t sign with me for another year. I should have known then that they were trying to get me out of the facility. After all, why wouldn’t an apartment Mgmt team want to resign a resident who pays their rent in time EVERY MONTH. Here is why. In low income housing, recertification happens at the time that a year has passed. Your income/expenses have to be re-evaluated to determine if any changes in your rent need to be made. It took a bit of time but in the end, I tried and tried to provide the necessary paperwork to prove what my income/expenses were for the previous year. I was turned away over and over because they didn’t like the way I had to provide them. I am a contractor without pay stubs. What I have, although, are “Pay Statements” and bank statements that coincide with each other. I have broken down EVERY expense related to same income. I developed very detailed spreadsheets that gave easy to understand numbers that most 10th graders would get. But not this office. It somehow became easier for them to throw their hands up and deny me any further opportunities to put together ANYTHING that they need to complete my recertification. So they’ve now increased my rent by doubling my monthly rent, which I can’t afford. My car was totaled out on December by a hit/run driver so I’m now stuck with the expenses of same. Also, I just spent 8 days in the hospital because of a fall I took in my apartment. I CANNOT afford to pay more for rent than was guaranteed to me when I signed my lease in Oct 2017. But here’s my dilemma now. They’ve filed eviction notice now even though I paid my rent on time again. They are disputing my payment amount because I’m not going to pay one cent more than my previously signed lease indicated. I’ve done my part in the recertification arena and they HAVE NOT!! In the end, I would love to stay here because I love the convenience of the location and I LOVE the other tenants. They are mostly elderly people who need a conversation or food or help in filling out forms, etc etc. I have helped folks to gather information that they didn’t know about and I’ve let others grocery shop from my apartment at NO EXPENSE TO THEM. In the end, I will fight tooth and nail to stay ONLY if they complete my recertification to account for, not only my income, the expenses that go with them. I’ve already OVERPAID several months rent to give them time to complete the process. They just chose not to so they can show who the tough guys are. I have several other reasons they are not willing to comply with the rules set forth in the 20+ pages of my lease that expired October 2018. In the meantime, does anyone know of a low income housing unit I could look at? Or maybe you have a lead on a house someone would rent to me?

The building and grounds are well maintained and very clean. While there are cameras and you need a FOB for entry, I haven't ever seen any security on premises. I was there, working, for several hours one day. And some issue came up where it was necessary for several police to be there, I counted 5 different cars, I never once saw any security guard. This being square in the middle of old Louisville you'd think a 15 floor high-rise would have at least one security guard.
