My wife works here. She is always saying good things about the staff and the residents. (No names mentioned). Team Bradford works as a family to give the residents the best care that they deserve. Will definitely tell others about Bradford Heights.
I love this place. The staff and our residents are amazing.
My mother had to be moved from this this facility due to improper caregiving they let her lay in feces for days they even gave her a nursing home disease that was uncurable they basically almost killed her they are never properly staffed the place stinks every time you walk up in it the nurses was rude thought they were better than you I had problems from getting money off the account when I am the POA this place totally changed my views of taking care of the elderly God has a place for all of them that's the way I look at it they know who they are that abuse my mother and God one day will take care of that there's multiple people suing these people as well due to improper caregiving I also watched 14 people die in her room within 2 years one they let just sit there and bleed out from their toenails I have never saw somebody die it even affected me not only this place but also Pembroke Christian heights same situation do not send your family there unless you want them to die
To be honest I give this place a zero rating I'm serious be careful who you trust your loved ones with they completely betrayed me and lost my trust
The staff is very helpful and friendly! The Business Office Manager is exceptional she is really the BOM hehe
I was really impressed with this facility after visiting it is very well maintained, and they are great with the patients. And they have several activities for the patients I most definitely would say that this facility is a #10

Bradford Heights poses a great atmosphere for residents and work environment for staff. Very involved with patient needs and daily activities.

Recently visited the facility and was blown away. They were putting on a easter egg hunt for employees, their families and for the public. All were welcome. Had a loving gospel band playing and cooked hamburgers and hotdogs for all those in attendance. As i looked around i noticed how much the residents were enjoying the music and seeing family, friends, and the little ones hunt eggs. I was truly amazed at how caring the staff was and how much time that had to be put into this for their residents and the community. It was truly great to see all the smiles on the residents face along with the happiness of the employees. Definitely 5 stars for me

He was admitted to the Rehab unit and received exceptional care from the Rehabilitation facility. Each and every member of Bradford Heights was welcoming. Dave got exceptional care from every member of their staff from coming into the facility to getting ready for discharge and continuation of care after he leaves. If you or a family member is looking for a rehab facility in Hopkinsville to go to get great care you need to check out Bradford Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation. This place was a hidden gem to us.
