Brandenburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

I have just found out that they are taking care of special uncle and I am worried about my uncle ❤️❤️❤️❤️💖

This center is so awesome!! We love the staff, they are amazing, so helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to send my loved one here

Great place! But I wouldn’t recommend taking this route from Riverside to Brandenburg.

They called our taxi company and we were immediately available to help them with their needs. Also we told them if they need our services we will be more than happy to help in anyway we can.

I’ve had several family members here and feel very fortunate to have a local rehab/nursing facility that cares so deeply for their residents and considers them part of their family.

Under new management! This place has really been turned around under the care of our new administration team. The inside is getting a beautiful makeover, but most importantly the care to our wonderful residents is our priority. I’ve never worked at a more home-like environment before and I’m proud of the care our facility and staff provide for our residents.

This place is awful I went to see a good friend the food they gave her I wouldn't feed my dog and the roommates mattress was on the floor no bed at all these people are not animals they are human beings treat them like they should be

Staff are are kind, caring and compassionate and amazing to work with. Always willing to help, and truely care about the residents.

This facility is a hidden gem! Wonderful care, excellent staff, clean and very well maintained. Excellent dietary services and the care provided here is filled with compassion and attention to detail!

Jeryn Adams is horrible as a nurse. I went to see my son today and he was laying in feces. I asked her to get him help because she was busy and she refused to get another nurse and told me he had to wait. My son has a colostomy bag so it was busted and he was laying it it for over and hour, and he is a Traumatic Brain Injury patient,so he can't speak and couldn't notify anyone himself. She should be fired for the way that she treated my concerns. The physical therapist was nice enough to do a nurses job out of the kindness of his own heart

It was a very bad experience my mother was there for a short 2 weeks and it was horrible the attention they give to the people is little to none medication wrong food lucky get something it's sad

By far the WORST nursing home I’ve ever stepped my foot in. I PROMISE you they DO NOT CARE one single but about those sweet residents!

This place is Trash! I'll update my comments to reflect more details after my case is settled. If you love your family, do not place them within this facility. I'll fight that statement any day! Look me up!

This is a terrible facility, my mother has been there for almost a month she went 3 weeks with one shower they couldn't get her medication that she had a script for but said they didn't take outside meds only for me to have to return on 3 different occasions to bring her meds then have to bring her own supply she has to have labs done to get her meds I had to call an let them know to get the labs done after they "missed" her then they took the wrong labs an had to do it again an much more! Would not recommend.

This is a building full of wonderful staff who truly love their residents!!!

The staff are very attentive and treat patients like family.

This may be an older facility but don't let that fool you. Very neat and clean! Does not have that "Nursing Home Smell" that other places have. They have an absolutely wonderful staff here! I could go on and on about the incredible staff. So happy that my mother is being well taken care of here.

Brandenburg is an ok place for residents however for employees not so much. The DON Jackie descriminates against employees, doesnt work with employees, i would really like to see this facility under better management.
