Unspecified · January 2026 Very clean facility and residents always clean. Not from here but moved here and put my parent there. At first it seemed perfect. However, after observing for some time now, director seems to make a lot of arbitrary decisions about the facility based on a current whim. For example, when asked about individuals who are not handicapped parking in the only handicap spot on the main side, instead of trying to enforce the law, the director’s response was to remove said handicap space so as not to have to enforce the law or hear complaints about it. The other side of building has a few handicap spots, but there is no egress on that side of the building and no place to turn around, so individuals driving anything other than a tiny car must back down the hill into the road in a busy area. When funds were obtained from some kind of award, director arbitrarily decided dining tables were taking up too much space, so took some dining tables away to accommodate new living room furniture to look pretty rather than be practical and have enough dining spaces for the residents to sit and move around comfortably in wheelchairs, etc. Lots of parties for the staff benefit and most everyone in authority leaves early several times a week. Just seems the facility is often run for the enjoyment of and to accommodate the staff and not the for comfort of and convenience and enjoyment of the residents.

They called our taxi company and we were immediately available to help them with their needs. Also we told them if they need our services we will be more than happy to help in anyway we can.

The inside is getting a beautiful makeover, but most importantly the care to our wonderful residents is our priority. I’ve never worked at a more home-like environment before and I’m proud of the care our facility and staff provide for our residents.
This place is awful I went to see a good friend the food they gave her I wouldn't feed my dog and the roommates mattress was on the floor no bed at all these people are not animals they are human beings treat them like they should be

Jeryn Adams is horrible as a nurse. I went to see my son today and he was laying in feces. I asked her to get him help because she was busy and she refused to get another nurse and told me he had to wait. My son has a colostomy bag so it was busted and he was laying it it for over and hour, and he is a Traumatic Brain Injury patient,so he can't speak and couldn't notify anyone himself. She should be fired for the way that she treated my concerns. The physical therapist was nice enough to do a nurses job out of the kindness of his own heart
It was a very bad experience my mother was there for a short 2 weeks and it was horrible the attention they give to the people is little to none medication wrong food lucky get something it's sad

Unspecified · October 2021 This is a terrible facility, my mother has been there for almost a month she went 3 weeks with one shower they couldn't get her medication that she had a script for but said they didn't take outside meds only for me to have to return on 3 different occasions to bring her meds then have to bring her own supply she has to have labs done to get her meds I had to call an let them know to get the labs done after they "missed" her then they took the wrong labs an had to do it again an much more! Would not recommend.
This is a building full of wonderful staff who truly love their residents!!!

Unspecified · October 2018 This may be an older facility but don't let that fool you. Very neat and clean! Does not have that "Nursing Home Smell" that other places have. They have an absolutely wonderful staff here! I could go on and on about the incredible staff. So happy that my mother is being well taken care of here.
Unspecified · December 2016 Brandenburg is an ok place for residents however for employees not so much. The DON Jackie descriminates against employees, doesnt work with employees, i would really like to see this facility under better management.
