Reviews
for Cedarhurst of Beaumont
As a home health PT, I have treated residents at Cedarhurst for 5+ years. This senior living facility is top notch, and I have recommended it to several of my patients moving from home to a higher level of care, and they have all been super happy with their decision to move to Cedarhurst! The staff are amazing and treat the residents like family! Linda and Christine at the front desk are super welcoming and friendly, Amy and Kaitlyn are great directors and have been here providing great care since day 1! The memory care is amazing as well! Talia and Brenda do a great job taking care of the residents in memory care! I just can’t say enough great things about this building. If you are looking for a place for an aging adult in central KY, checkout Cedarhurst Beaumont!
Wonderful staff and team!
My great Aunt lived at Cedarhurst for over 3 years. The staff took great care of her. I could not have asked for better care for my aunt for the last years of her life!
This facility is beautiful and always well kept... they have the best staff ever... couldn't be more professional
Very kind staff and the property always looks great
Gram loves it here! We live the staff and we’re excited to know she’s very taken care of!
All the people and stuff are very friendly. It's always clean and the residents there have daily activities as well. I give it 5 stars!
Cedarhurst of Beaumont is truly a beautiful facility, Taken well care of by maintenance staff, Albert Clark, and His assistant, Greg. The housekeeping staff keep this place immaculate and clean. As a vendor Every time I stop by I feel welcomed to by the staff. I would highly recommend this place to anyone In need of A highly skilled assisted senior living facility.
It’s a beautiful place, Becca was very helpful and nice.

Wonderful staff!
Such a beautiful place and great staff! I highly recommend!
Everybody were great. Very friendly.
I love seeing all the activities they offer residents!
We love Cedar Hurst living they are so awesome. They are honest friendly and please to do business with.
Have never been a resident there but have been there and toured the facility. I have also observed the many wonderful things they have for the residents to do. I also know how hard that the Executive Administrator works to see that this place is top notch and know about her caring heart for the residents. I would highly recommend this facility!
Beautiful facility, friend staff!
My mother moved into memory care at Cedarhurst six months ago, and we are pleased with her care. The staff is attentive, and we very much appreciate the open line of communication with Talia, the assistant director of nursing, when we have concerns about my mother's many health issues. We are also grateful for Will and Abby who work tirelessly to engage and entertain the residents. Another bright spot is Greg who jumps in and volunteers to help with any and all maintenance issues no matter how small. We also enjoy our frequent interactions with Linda and Christine, the cheerful receptionists who greet us at the front desk when we visit. All in all, it has been a positive experience.
Cedarhurst Senior Living in Beaumont center has been the best decision for our Mom. When it was time to move her into Memory Care, we toured several facilities and Cedarhurst just felt like home and it has been the perfect fit. Mom is thriving at this facility and has been so content from day one. The staff are all so friendly and supportive. They are knowledgeable on how to work with residents who have memory loss and make the residents feel comfortable, safe and loved. Some staff members even feel like family. If you are seeking memory care for your loved one, we can highly recommend Cedarhurst Senior Living at Beaumont Center. They are truly the best!
Cedarhurst at beaumont has a very warm and welcoming environment. From the day my mom moved in they treated us like family. I can not say enough about [name removed] and [name removed] and the care they give my mom. I rest easy knowing she is cared for by the two of them. A big thank you to them and all there patience and understanding with my mom.
I like that they check on all residents every 2 hours. Staff members are very responsive to my questions and concerns
My Great aunt is staying there and a couple weeks ago there was one employee who was so overworked and did an amazing job she was so caring and compassionate doing so many jobs while others just sat there. I believe her name was Abby. My aunt loves her. She is kind and cares for all the residents she is so compassionate and I think the place could use more abby's then I'll rate 5 stars
I feel very safe, comfortable, and cared for living here. Most of the people who work are very caring and kind, especially Evelyn, Lizzy, Olivia.
I find a lot of support here. There is good food and breakfast is available all day. If you don’t want the entry you can always get chicken or something simple. There are a variety of activities, movement classes, discussion groups, and films. There are trips to activities in Lexington including going to the race track. I have met many people and have made new friends. My son visits and people enjoy talking to him also. Bring your family and pay us a visit.
The staff has been very attentive to my mom and very supportive of families. They also keep the lines of communication open so that is a comfort, too. Overall, we are very pleased.
The staff is amazing! Any time that I have asked for help, they are quick to assist and deliver with a good attitude. Amy, Meghan, Gwen, Quetta, Greg, Albert, Autumn, Linda, Christian, Christine, Danielle, Sherry, Leslie, ALL OF THEM are helpful and pleasant. It means a lot when you are caring for an elderly parent.
I would recommend them. They were a very caring staff. We visited 5 or 6 different places and were drawn to Cedarhurst. I just felt that my mom would be happy and helped with her needs.
It was close to my house, which was the main reason why I picked them. It was good. Some of the staff was great and some not so.
Beautiful, caring community where I know my mother is well cared for and is safe and content.
Wonderful caring staff, and I do highly recommend Cedarhurst
Dining and kitchen services is going thru adjustments. That's why I gave 4 stars. Other departments are good. Concierges are excellent, and Amy Abshire, Executive Director, always goes above and beyond.
We loved it in the beginning. Everyone was very friendly and helpful The last 3 weeks not so much. The fresh coffee and snacks are not available in lobby. The food in dining room is very disappointing and servings are small ,it was not like this the first week of April and has declined since .
After nearly two years, we are still very pleased with the care our mother is receiving. The excellent food choices, varied activities, and exceptional care are all provided in a beautiful, safe community giving peace of mind to our entire family!
Dad is very happy there! Everyone seems to be on the same wavelength on resident care. They are friendly and very helpful. When we looked at other places, Cedarhurst was far above the others!
Be sure the services offered meet your needs. It's easy to underestimate that.
The facility is nice. The staff is undertrained. Their negligence caused my mother to fall and she has never fully recovered. The staff argue, do as little as possible, and generally don’t enrich patients. A nurse there gave her er doctor someone else’s BP readings. Many smell like smoke. They cover for each other’s inadequacies.
Nice location, clean and good size of rooms.
Laura Creech was very pleasant.........well informed..... and prepared to answered all of my concerns....Time well spent and I appreciate the opportunity visit the facility.......
Everyone is great!
I'm a mover and was moving one of my clients into a room here. We were having some trouble getting the legs of the couch to get it into the new room. I didn't have right equipment to get the legs off the couch and the maintenance man Joe took all the legs off the couch and helped me get both doors off and on. He really went above and beyond to make our life and the customers job easier. The whole staff was extremely friendly and is a great facility. Thanks again Joe and everyone else that was so accommodating!
I liked everything about Cedarhurst of Beaumont. Ashley gave the tour there, very, very informative. She wasn't just trying to get a room occupied. She was also very informative about memory care, and told me that even if I don't choose their community, if I have any other questions, feel free to call her as well. And she has checked up on me just to see if I found anything or if I had any questions since I've had the tour. Very, very nice person. And the community itself is very, very nice, and well kept up as well. The rooms were very nice, she told me that any time that a resident moves out, they redo the room, like the flooring, everything, which I didn't know about. But she said that's what they do. So everything is new when you move into their community. The dining area is huge, it's very, very big. They also have activities, like the crafts, and they have an outdoor area. They have a TV room where the residents can go and watch TV.
The staff members take very good care of him and they have all types of activities like games, a lot of volunteer music groups that come in, as well as scenic drivers just to name a few. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.
The staff knows mom's name and whatever is going on with her even as her condition changes. They genuinely care for her and seem happy to be there. The experience; It's wonderful. I would recommend to others.
Cedarhurst of Beaumont gets all 5 star ratings. We chose this facility over others that we toured because our first impression was better for Cedarhurst, and we haven't been disappointed. The therapists have been very helpful, and are generally available for questions. My dad loves it here. He has made friends!
We toured Cedarhurst of Beaumont. The place was very clean and very kept up. The hallways were wide. Their activities list was nice and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They didn't have any problem answering any questions that we had. The memory care was great. They had a good list of activities. Most of the residents were sitting around watching TV in the common area.
The staff goes out of there way to be helpful to the families. They have an online portal for families to see activities and get updates quickly about their loved ones which I find really helpful. The only thing that is negative is that weekend and holiday staffing seems to be a little short staffed but not dangerously short just appears to have fewer people working.
This was a wonderful community. It was too big for our loved one, as it felt like a hotel.
