Chapel House Louisville

The air conditioning RARELY works. It is 80 degrees outside and, for the 3rd-day-in-a row, the air conditioning is OFF. In the past some residents have had to have an ambulance take them to the ER because of the heat.

It's a great place

Twice now I have worked with Sabrina G to find forever homes for senior adults in our community. Sabrina is a compassionate professional and demonstrates care for all who she encounters. CCC is blessed to have her as part of their team! Thank You Sabrina.

I just moved here from Florida a week ago to be near my son. I could not have picked a better place to live. From the time I entered everyone is especially friendly, staff and tenants are ready to help. Their are so many activities and things to do. I am sure I will be here a very long time.

I am a new resident at Chapel House and I could not have made a better choice. The staff and tenants are amazing. They will stop and answer or help you with anything that they can. The environment is warm and friendly and it is also pet friendly. I am looking forward to being here for quite sometime.

I highly recommend Chapel House for those who are seeking independent living in the downtown area. I live close to my mother who moved in one month ago. Sabrina has been a blessing, even offering to help us complete the application! Mom and I are both feeling great about this decision. Chapel House is one of the most diverse and welcoming places I've ever been. Everyone is friendly, tons of activities fill the weekly schedule and you can tell all the staff take pride in their work. They even have a DRUM Circle...it doesn't get much better than that!

I couldn't be more proud of the Chapel House Louisville Team! The care and commitment they share with residents is beyond compare. Thanks to everyone for all you do!

Old an living there has lived there for many years had two cats for many years while residing there, he was able to care for them and his apartment was clean and neat. Apparently he didn't notify the place that he had two cats when he moved in many any years ago. He was told he could only have one cat and needed to choose between his two cats on which one needs to leave. For people who are in the winter of their lives and have little to nothing the fact that there wasn't an issue for many years and then wham! Get rid of your pet only shows that this place is just about the money and screw the needs of the residents. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. FIND A PLACE THAT WON'T TURN OVER SOMEONE'S LIFE BECAUSE OF A CHANGE IN POLICY. IT IS WRONG
