Christian Health Center Corbin

This facility is a depressing dump Some staff are really good and several are without empathy or proper training. Make sure to monitor your loved one regularly. The furniture is shameful. Maybe the millionaires who own it will replace them. I’ve seen furniture on the side of the road look better. The therapies and kitchen staff are excellent and initially we were welcomed with kindness. After several days, lack of staff and a lazy attitude became present. As I write this I’m hold hold with the floor my parent is on. So far 9:53

I notice the date on almost all these reviews are years old. The only recent is a very bad review. My Mother is there and I am trying to hold judgement and give them a chance… more to follow.

My mother Nettie Coldwell was badly mistreated at this hell hole . Staff screamed at her stole her phones clothes wouldn't give her meds to her then told her they did. I was on the phone with mother and heard nursing staff talk sown to her and heard them speak to her like she was crazy. They laughed at us when told them what was going on. Management acted like they never got voice mail messages when I would call to complain and let them know what all was going on. They made her sleep in a old bed that was way to short for her and the mattress was old and hurt her badly arthritic body. Just to tell a abort complaint on this horrible place thatcusn5 fit to take care of a dog. She died in July of last year and doesn't have to look at their evil faces anymore.they don't deserve a star but couldn't post a review with it.

My grandfather and my mother-in-law were both residents at the Christian Health Center. They were both treated with love and care. I appreciate all the staff for the care they received. Thank you!!

The staff is very nice

The staff seems incompetent. It appears that they neglect some patient's. It seems like they only address issues when family show's up.

My Grandmother lived to be almost 100 years old. She lived in the apartments here for nearly 25 years and then when she broke her hip she moved into the nursing care addition. They cared for her like she was their only patient. When they wanted something special to eat, they only had to ask and the kitchen complied without complaint.
