Clinton Place

My mom has been here since February and she has improved health wise. Her memory is not as good as it used to be but she’s in such a better place getting the care she needs. Not having to worry about her is the best part. The staff here is awesome.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this facility many times. The staff there is beyond amazing! They truly care about their residents and treat them like family and you can tell they truly love them!

It is a great place

I called CP and someone picked up the phone and just laid it down. I can hear people talking in the background and they refuse to pick up. I AM STILL ON THE LINE LISTENING TO THEM TALK AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW! -1 STAR IF I COULD!!!!!!!

I recently had to put my mom in the Memory care unit at Clinton Place and I have to say the administrative staff and the nursing staff are wonderful compassionate and all of them seem to take pride in their care that they provide I am so glad that we chose Clinton Place for my mom's long term care needs highly recommend to anyone facing a difficult decision to place their family member in a long term care setting

My great grandmother has been in there for awhile now and they do not give her showers properly or when they’re supposed to. AND I was sitting in her room when they brought lunch and her roommate is permanently on bed rest and not one person came to feed her then they just came in there and took the tray without even noticing she hadn’t ate. That is straight neglect. No exceptions what so ever. Makes me think of how they’re taking care of her when I’m not there!!!

I recently had a family member to pass away from Clinton-Place. He was treated like family and was well taken care of. I was very well pleased with the care and the love shown to him during his stay at the facility. I recommend others to visit Clinton Place to meet their friendly and caring staff.

Clinton has an excellent memory care setting! The staff is caring and treats all residents like family.

My dad is in the memory care unit at Clinton Place and he is receiving the best care he’s had since his dementia diagnosis. The nursing staff is incredible! You can tell they care deeply about the residents and do their absolute best to make sure they are happy and healthy. The kindness shown to my dad and our entire family has been phenomenal. Knowing Dad is in good hands makes everything so much easier!

My Mama lives at Clinton Place. She receives compassionate and loving care from the staff. It makes my heart so happy that she is loved like their family from not only the nursing staff but also the beautician, therapy, dietary, our NP and the housekeeping department. It takes special people to work with those affected by dementia and Clinton Place has the best! Thank you so much for all you do for my mama.

This place gave my grandmother bed sores from not being rolled enough and wouldn’t wipe her bottom frequently enough either. Family was very ashamed of her treatment while under their care.

Love this place! Great facility to work at and also have extended family here who are also very happy and love it .

Most of the people are nice. But people are walking out quiting! I guess the fact that there is no dietitian might be the least of my worry.they don't check my blood sugar. I am a insulin dependant diabetic my sugar should be checked at least 3 times a day.

Arbor Place’s staff is dedicated to treat patients with Alzheimer’s, and the nursing staff is excellent. They had special training in dealing with that kind of disability. When you walk down the hall, that’s where the bedrooms are located. It looked like a hotel room, and no TVs are allowed in the bedroom because they want them to interact. They had a living area with couches, chairs, and a TV. They have a family style dining table. It is one long table, and they all eat together. The food is prepared so they do not have cut it. If there’s a particular food that one of the residents doesn’t like, they will try to find a replacement. It’s a lot of one on one specialty. They have their own courtyard to where they are allowed to go in and out. They have a RN on staff and someone else during feeding period. If the family agrees, they will take the residents out to trips. The grounds were very nice and well-maintained, and they have two separate outdoor patios. They have on-staff physical therapists; you don’t have to go to a doctor to do physical therapy. Mom has physical therapy every day, they take them to activities, and other residents also involved. I am really happy with them so far.
