Clinton Place

I’ve had three family members placed here and I have to say out of all nursing homes this one is the most caring, loving, and best nursing facility that I’ve ever inquired! I would like to give a specific shout out to three people. Shannon, Darielle, and Trella Jane!

Clinton place took care of my Granny (Annie Jones) before she passed, I went to visit & she was just laughing & even had a friend. Forever grateful for clinton place. 🤞🏾

I read a review about the administrator on here stating how rude she is and that until she is gone this place would continue to go down hill. This is not who she is at all. She has the biggest heart when it comes to the residents there. She goes above and beyond to make sure they are cared for and that they are treated with the respect they deserve. As far as the staff there they are the best group of people and I can assure you that every person there is taken care of and treated great. Not only do the staff there treat each resident like family, they also treat family members in the same manner. The only time you will see Trella act a different way is if an employee mistreats a resident or other staff member . Also if an employee is not doing the job they were hired to do. So many times people get fired for whatever reason and decide to get on here and bash a place unfairly. I recommend this place to any and everyone I know looking to place their loved one. This place is the best from the administrator, the nursing staff, cna's, activities, housekeeping , to the kitchen staff. You couldn't ask for a better group of people.

This facility is truly a blessing to the community. From the caring nurses and compassionate CNAs to the friendly dietary staff and dedicated housekeeping team, everyone works together to create a warm and welcoming environment. The management team provides strong leadership, support, and dedication to both residents and staff, helping create a positive atmosphere throughout the facility. Residents are treated with dignity, kindness, and respect, and it is clear that their well-being is a top priority. The commitment to serving others shines through in everything they do. It is comforting to know there are still places where compassion, faith, and genuine care make such a difference in people’s lives.

If I could give this place a zero out of 5 I would. I've had a few family members taht have worked there and told me horror stories about the management and the person that runs. Like I've even had a family member that was there temporarily and each time I went the person over it was rude to me or whenever u needed help u couldn't find a nurse or someone to help. Like the only good thing and I mean ONLY good thing was that the housekeeping made sure that they keep my family members room spotless. I will probably never EVER refer anyone to this place unless u want your family member or members to not get the care and respect they deserve. I think until they get rid of whoever is running that building it will continue to good down hill and just get worse well let me reword that "More worse" than actually is now. So if u r thinking about a place for someone to stay temporarily or something please go somewhere else.

I was blessed to be here for short term treatment and physical therapy do to broken leg and I have to say that the staff and people here are absolutely amazing!!!! I couldn't have come to a better place than Clinton place !! I am truly thankful for everyone here and they all remain in my heart and prayers everyday 🙏

I love this place! The CNA are great! I love the staff. They treat everyone like family

I recently had to have a total knee replacement. To get into my house I have to go up 7 stairs well I couldn’t walk while I was in the hospital so the dr said I had to go into a nursing home for rehabilitation. I chose Clinton place cause I live in Clinton. Let me tell you it is absolutely the best. To the administrator, the staff, the nurses and the cna’s, activity director and even the house keepers oh and I can not forget bout physical therapist, they are the absolute best physical therapist you could ever ask for. They have help me in so many ways and I’m up walking and using that knee and I really thought I wasn’t going to but no they was not having it. I give this nursing home 10 stars if that counts but definitely 5 stars. Thank y’all so much for what yall do for us that are in here. I truely have made some really good friends and bonds that I’ll never forget.

Good staff. Good facility. All the CNAs are wonderfull. I admitted here for short term therapy.

Great staff and care!

I read a review that someone placed saying this place isn’t sanitary. Wow. Yes it so is. This is one of the BEST nursing homes iv seen. It’s clean as can be! The improvements over the last ten years has been amazing. My uncle stayed there when Conner ran it. It was horrible then. Now that Trella is there, and Amanda’s there, it’s ran properly and it’s clean as can be. That’s most likely a disgruntled employee that just felt the desire to take a jab at the place because they no longer work there. Go visit them and see for yourself. It’s definitely sanitary.

I have visited several nursing homes but never one like Clinton place. I actually go volunteer from time to time and visit with the residents. They always have huge smiles and they are always busy doing something. The staff is top notch from the administration down to the kitchen. They love each resident and treat them like family. I always have the best time when I go. The thought of putting your loved one in a nursing home can be a scary thought but not with this place. These residents are loved and very well taken care of. The administrator there is top notch. She has a busy job making sure things are ran properly but she never fails to engage with every activity with the residents. The activities director there is awesome! She goes above and beyond to make sure these people stay busy and have fun. The lady over housekeeping is great. She keeps that place clean and smelling good. They have a cna named Michael that is wonderful. The residents absolutely love him. All the staff there is amazing. I'm truly surprised there isn't a waiting list for this facility. If there is ever a bad rating for this place it would only be because someone is trying to cause trouble. I love following there page to see all the activities going on there but mostly seeing the smiles on the residents faces. I can't say enough good things about this place. Good job Clinton Place! You guys rock for sure!

Not sanitary at all

Great facility!

My mom has been here since February and she has improved health wise. Her memory is not as good as it used to be but she’s in such a better place getting the care she needs. Not having to worry about her is the best part. The staff here is awesome.

The is the best place! They take such good care of my grandmother!

I have had the pleasure of visiting this facility many times. The staff there is beyond amazing! They truly care about their residents and treat them like family and you can tell they truly love them!

I called CP and someone picked up the phone and just laid it down. I can hear people talking in the background and they refuse to pick up. I AM STILL ON THE LINE LISTENING TO THEM TALK AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW! -1 STAR IF I COULD!!!!!!!

Caring staff and loving environment for your loved ones! One of the few memory care units in Western Kentucky. Thank you Clinton Place for all you do!

I recently had to put my mom in the Memory care unit at Clinton Place and I have to say the administrative staff and the nursing staff are wonderful compassionate and all of them seem to take pride in their care that they provide I am so glad that we chose Clinton Place for my mom's long term care needs highly recommend to anyone facing a difficult decision to place their family member in a long term care setting

My great grandmother has been in there for awhile now and they do not give her showers properly or when they’re supposed to. AND I was sitting in her room when they brought lunch and her roommate is permanently on bed rest and not one person came to feed her then they just came in there and took the tray without even noticing she hadn’t ate. That is straight neglect. No exceptions what so ever. Makes me think of how they’re taking care of her when I’m not there!!!

I recently had a family member to pass away from Clinton-Place. He was treated like family and was well taken care of. I was very well pleased with the care and the love shown to him during his stay at the facility. I recommend others to visit Clinton Place to meet their friendly and caring staff.

I've been a nurse here for going on 11 years. We love our awesome residents and their families!

My dad was at Clinton Place, the staff was amazing and took the best care of my dad.

Clinton has an excellent memory care setting! The staff is caring and treats all residents like family.

My dad is in the memory care unit at Clinton Place and he is receiving the best care he’s had since his dementia diagnosis. The nursing staff is incredible! You can tell they care deeply about the residents and do their absolute best to make sure they are happy and healthy. The kindness shown to my dad and our entire family has been phenomenal. Knowing Dad is in good hands makes everything so much easier!

My Mama lives at Clinton Place. She receives compassionate and loving care from the staff. It makes my heart so happy that she is loved like their family from not only the nursing staff but also the beautician, therapy, dietary, our NP and the housekeeping department. It takes special people to work with those affected by dementia and Clinton Place has the best! Thank you so much for all you do for my mama.

This place gave my grandmother bed sores from not being rolled enough and wouldn’t wipe her bottom frequently enough either. Family was very ashamed of her treatment while under their care.

Love this place! Great facility to work at and also have extended family here who are also very happy and love it .

Most of the people are nice. But people are walking out quiting! I guess the fact that there is no dietitian might be the least of my worry.they don't check my blood sugar. I am a insulin dependant diabetic my sugar should be checked at least 3 times a day.

Arbor Place’s staff is dedicated to treat patients with Alzheimer’s, and the nursing staff is excellent. They had special training in dealing with that kind of disability. When you walk down the hall, that’s where the bedrooms are located. It looked like a hotel room, and no TVs are allowed in the bedroom because they want them to interact. They had a living area with couches, chairs, and a TV. They have a family style dining table. It is one long table, and they all eat together. The food is prepared so they do not have cut it. If there’s a particular food that one of the residents doesn’t like, they will try to find a replacement. It’s a lot of one on one specialty. They have their own courtyard to where they are allowed to go in and out. They have a RN on staff and someone else during feeding period. If the family agrees, they will take the residents out to trips. The grounds were very nice and well-maintained, and they have two separate outdoor patios. They have on-staff physical therapists; you don’t have to go to a doctor to do physical therapy. Mom has physical therapy every day, they take them to activities, and other residents also involved. I am really happy with them so far.
