Staff is very upbeat and takes such good care of my 92 year old mother!

I don’t have a loved one who lives here, but I work at the front desk, & it’s the best job I’ve ever had. Everyone is so friendly, very understanding, and works their tails off no matter what department they’re in. Such a warm and welcoming facility when you walk in, & the residents show how well they’re taken care of every day!! Best assisted living facility in bardstown!!!!

My experience with Cooper Trail memory care has been truly Amazing. The facility is so bright and beautiful, very welcoming. Every staff person I have encountered has been so caring easy to communicate with. They Treat my loved one with the utmost respect and kindness. Always available to answer and questions. Extremely attentive. The environment is fun. Lots of daily activities are planned. The food is great . The socialization has been very beneficial . She enjoys all the activities. Memory loss is so hard to go through, but Cooper Trail has made this transition easier. Just knowing she’s safe and well cared for means the world to us . Thank you all very much !!!

Cooper Trail has the best level of care and with the right staff. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Never seen a more positive place that takes pride in their facility and compassion to take care of those in need!!!!!!

I feel my loved one is cared for personally at Cooper Trail. Every staff member is there tirelessly to ensure a happy, healthy, and meaningful day for each resident, whether it is nutrition or hygiene or medical or physical therapy or exercises or spiritual or fun. All in one day, every day, is what Cooper Trail strives to do.

This facility and staff are AMAZING from the Chef, Administrative staff,nursing and everyone in between. I can’t express the gratitude I have for them allowing me to be a kid again to my parents. I can lay my head down at night with zero worries. I know they are well taken care of. The facility is top notch and feels like home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Beautiful facility!! The dining is fabulous, all the food is delicious! The ongoing activities are so fun and you can tell the residents love them! The clinical staff are so caring and do their job top tier, 100000%!!! ALL the staff are wonderful and so nice & welcoming when entering the facility! Cooper Trail is the BEST place if you want somewhere for your loved one!

Nothing but caring, attentive and loving workers here! Their jobs are difficult but all workers have good attitudes and are loving towards the residents!

5 on all. Cooper Trail was great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their parents. The facility is very nice and very clean. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. The staff offer activities for their patients to do. The rooms were plenty big enough for their needs.

The woman at the front desk makes the process a breeze and goes above and beyond to help with anything and everything! Their 24/7 nursing staff top tier and next level ensuring your loved ones are always in the best of hands! The care givers at this facility make sure your family members always feel as if this is their true one and only home! This isn't just your average assisted living. This place has become family!

Cooper Trail Senior Living is a wonderful facility with caring and professional caregivers. My Mother was very well taken care of during her short stay there. Mom passed away a year and a half ago. I would heartily recommend Cooper Trail Senior living to anyone who is looking for a safe and clean facility for their loved one. The facility is always spotless, the staff it's very attentive, the food preparation is delicious and there are activities for the residents as well as little road trips

My father has been at this “Assisted “ Living place as well as my mother for little over a year and my father has had to go to hospitals on 4 different occasions due to falls. “They” said he needed to go to memory care side($$$) for more care that they could not provide on the “regular “ side. He fell in the bathroom on his second night there. He had developed pressure sores on the bottom of his feet and an outside nurse had been treating it and was healing.His foot became infected and the infection went all the way to the bone and had to be admitted to the hospital and put on an intravenous antibiotic to treat. His bandage and wounds should have been treated daily and were not,”they” said he needed more care and that is why we moved him over to the Memory Care side.He once messed his bed at Cooper Trail and you could hear them arguing about who had to Clean it up🤬 They released him from Baptist Health in E’town but only after a wonderful social worker found a place that would accept his insurance in Hodgenville.Sunrise Manor.Cooper Trail would not allow him back until he could at least use his walker 🤬My big question is what did my father get for several thousand dollars more on “Memory Care “ side.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have activities they do with the residents. I could not ask for any better care for my mother. I definitely would recommend Cooper Trail to anyone looking for assisted living or for memory care.

Staff are always helpful, but follow up can be slow at times. Good about contacting me if there is an issue. Security is lacking, but it hasn't really been an issue. I would definitely recommend the facility.

I have a family friend at Cooper Trail Senior Living. It is a beautiful campus that has a lot to offer seniors in Nelson County and the surrounding communities- activities, clinical care for assisted living and a wide array of life enrichment activities. I have had lunch with my friend and the food was great, like eating at a restaurant. All staff and residents are friendly and very welcoming.

Beautiful facility /conveniently located. The food is fantastic and always presented well. Had brunch with a family member. One of the best meals I’ve had in Bardstown. Friendly staff.

A warm and friendly environment that is welcoming to all who enter the facility. Constant laughing and enjoyment heard from the residents whenever in the building. We have enjoyed the first class restaurant style dinning with our loved one and it is always something to praise! A very clean and tidy environment with multiple style apartments to choose from. This has been the best decision we have made for our loved one. We will always recommend Cooper Trail over all competitors in the area.
