The employees make this place very nice! Yes, the building is old and needs a redo. The staff is caring and as attentive as they can be. Does it smell sometimes, well of course. Think about it as they or no place can’t possibly have it smell good 24/7 because old people that are out of their rooms and able to be socialized and the ones playing games and going outside, may not make it to the bathroom or may just be incontinent. They do clean it as fast as possible. Kudos to the Nurses and CNA’s and social workers plus the office staff. You have all been friendly, yet you focus on the care of our loved one. Plus we can speak with any of you anytime and you set our mind at ease. I can’t say enough good.Are you perfect, no, but I highly doubt anyplace will be, but you take care of a situation quickly when it does come up and that makes all the difference! Thank you for doing what you do!

My grandmother got a black eye from an employee here, had to call the cops

Could not wait to get my loved one out of there. Rudist employees I have ever encountered with the exception of Wendy and Shauna. Would never recommend this place

I have been here for 13 years off and on I love the people here just like family. Wonderful Nurses and wonderful Aids and Great Therphy Department have had family members here they done a amazing job with them .

I can’t say enough about Cumberland my grandpa passed here. He was a Veteran and his picture is still on the hall dedicated to Veterans by therapy I’ve spend many times for many reasons here. Proud to work here.

I love this facility. Everyone there considers their coworkers and their residents as family. It's a homey place where you can laugh, cry, and, love while rehabilitating. Two big thumbs up.

I dont like this place what so ever they judge the good people send them out the door but keep the junky that are on drugs i dont get it what u have be on drugs to keepnyour job or what i dont like drugs never have but i think you guys should go drug test people over i bet you fire more than 3 people
