Danville Centre for Health and Rehabilitation

My father had two different stays and each time, he was given the greatest care. The staff treated him like family and I could not ask for a better experience. From the Director of Nursing to the Environmental Services team, everyone went above and beyond every step of the way.

I was here for rehab for about 3 weeks. The care was exceptional and I almost didn't want to go home because the staff and care was so amazing! 5 Stars for sure! Rehab department and Nursing Department was Amazing. Ashley, Aarin, Danielle, Jessica, and Cheyenne are amazing and always go out of their way to make sure we have what we need!

Sadly I had to give a star to be able to post this...Do not send your love ones to this nursing home not even your animals especially in the lockdown area they will steal your love ones belongings every time you send it in that building plus they do not bath the patients those patients walking and sitting around dirty and stinking of body oder this place is un godly a unhealthy place they got excuses but they solve nothing...do not believe or trust this nursing home

Absolutely disgusting, dispointing. There is no locks on the bathroom, the wheel chair was dirty they put my mom on. Latasha has a horrible attitude she was tired of dealing with my family even though it's her job. Hateful ppl if you love your family or friends do not send your family there. Horrible place.

I have nothing but kind words to speak of this amazing staff and management. During my grandmother's recent passing the staff cared for not only my grandmother in hospice care, but also for family that was traveling from all over the country to visit. Every hour on the hour a nurse or nurse assistant was there to answer any questions or to provide us additional comfort. A staff that is thoughtful and caring to everyone has left me with great memories with my family.

Danville Centre has come a long way. The staff are friendliest and most caring group of people. They are going through a remodel. They care for the residents like they are family.

I have questions, I have a family member that's there for rehab but yet he isn't on the rehab side does he not need to over there? 2nd question the social work as spoke to the family member about goals for once he reaches the point of going home. He need to have home health for more than the 2 hours his insurance will pay per day, she said there are grants for that but yet didn't go into details about nor offer help in getting it started. Also have been told he has the worst insurance with his Medicare no solution on how to fix this either. Who do I need to talk too about all of this???

The pictures that you are advertising is not true this place is not fit to be a shelter for dogs it’s awful never seen nothing like it smell nothing like it it’s awful.

If I was able to give no ​stars I would. I made a phone call to request information at 5:20 on a Monday and was told that I was going to have to call back during business hours with the most rudest tone I've ever experienced and that being my 1st impression of this place I will not be calling back. Thank you for making a tough phone call even harder!!!

I really don’t know how this place got 5 star ratings. My mom has been in this facility only one month and I already cannot wait to get her out. I know COVID is a huge issue. But besides that it’s almost impossible to speak to anyone about how mom is doing. They either don’t answer the phone, don’t know, or give canned responses such as “she is fine”. We have not been able to reach them at all since December 24. I found out today that their phone service has been out. Danville centre is part of a bigger organization called Signature. They have different locations. So why couldn’t SIGNATURE reach out to the relatives to let them know this. I am very very disappointed. I would not recommend them and as soon as possible my mother will be removed from their care

Horrible nursing home, neglectful, I do not recommend them at all. Furthermore, they don’t communicate when something happens to a patient.

A beautiful home and family-like environment. Care staff is always attentive to the needs of their elders, constantly demonstrating the importance of top-quality care. Keep up the great work, Danville Centre!

I really likevthis place. I just started about 2 months ago and they are all so nicevto me.
