The maintenance if it's lacking is when people don't show up for work he does everything to keep the residents safe and food on their plates through rain sleet or snow and ice he must go馃挭

Place is riddled with bed bugs. Residents are neglected and pictures in the paper showing rooms are false advertising not one room currently looks like that. Place is ran down and smells like urine, took over a year to get handrails reinstalled because of poor maintenance.

My mother is in Fern Terrace. We've been very pleased with the facility. It's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. She has a private room and bath that she shares with one other lady. Everything's working out well so far.
