This place is absolutely horrible. There are so many better options out there for your family member's care. Please look elsewhere. My mom lived here for a while. She spoke of the unclean conditions and the uncaring attitudes of the seemingly unqualified individuals who work there. When she left, many of her belongings went missing before I could arrange to have them sent to her new place, since I live out of state. Beware.
