Fulton Nursing and Rehabilitation

There were nurses vaping in the halls . Outside the front door smells of cigerret smoke . And when you tell them something isn't right with your loved one they tell you nonsense . The place looks like a run down school . Not a conformable atmosphere. And I definitely would not refer for anyone to go there short term or long term . I will pray for those that are stuck there

Wonderful caregivers that always entertain the residents. Every holiday and all kinds of days in between are celebrated with themed parties and activities. The staff interacts with the residents so closely that they truly feel at home and as a family. This place is amazing!

Everyone is so nice, caring and helpful and the physical therapy and occupational therapy is great they helped me so much and are good at what they do. I'm very happy and thankful for this facility.

Not a fan. Food is awful/cold. Not provided with wash cloths or wash the residents face or keep their eyeglasses clean. A lot of favoritism here.

This place I can honestly say has a very good team . You can tell they are in it for the residents not the money. The weekend nurse Tiffany will do whatever it takes to make sure her babies have the best care a nurse can give .

They need a person given the meds out. Not the C&A’S because C&A’S don’t give the meds like they should. Some of them C&A’S are (NO) good for anything! Please let a RN give the meds out!

I've been a resident here for over a year now and I've had a great experience here! Courtney is my favorite of the CNA's, always working her tail off doing everything she can to take care of us to the best of her ability! Plus our activity director Jordan is always coming up with new, fun activities to keep up going!! They also have an amazing therapy department who work with those of us requiring physical, occupational and/or speech therapy..... I have definitely made a great deal of progress since I've been here 😊 and appreciate all of their hard work!!Two thumbs up all the way 👍👍

Great place to have a family member. Staff is very friendly. Weekend staff is great and caring. One of the nurses that works there is Tiffany Gardiner. She takes her work seriously when she works.

Fulton Nursing and Rehab is awesome.They have some awesome employees. They provide excellent care for your loved ones. Every department from nursing to therapy and environmental services. Our CNA,s are pretty awesome too. The Administator is pretty awesome too.This is home to me.

I don't feel this facility is adequately staffed. The food is unacceptable. I also feel the residents should be able to go outside during the nicer weather. There again they are not adequately staffed. I also don't think my Mother is seen by a physician as often as she should be.

If I could give a half a Star, I would! My dad is in this place and every time I visit him. He smells like urine! I try to call their phone to talk to him and no one answers the phone after 4pm. I bought TN shirts for him and the next day, someone stole one from his room. This place and the people they hire need to be investigated ASAP!!

Easter Egg hunt 2023 was great! Thank you to the residents and staff for inviting us! Great place!

Fulton Nursing and Rehab is a wonderful place go for care! They have a great activities director that offers a variety of activities to be involved in throughout the day. The therapy department is top notch with very caring therapists who are motivated to getting you back on your feet. Other staff is hardworking and kind as well. Just a good environment to be in when you can’t stay home.

Took great care of my Grandsons other Grandmother. She loved the workers there.

Amazing facility with lots of fun activities for seniors. The staff is like family. The residents are loved greatly. Would difentally recommend to anyone. They also offer the best therapy around, both inpatient and out patient.

I would give this place a negative rating if that was possible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. If they get a new administrator then it may improve although the upper management let mistake after mistake be made and let them stay on staff so it may not. There are some wonderful caregivers employees there but they cannot make up for the total lack of caring about the well being by the administration & management. Read the reports published about inspections. They fail to code patients correctly to ensure they are given the correct amount & type of care. These “oops” as they call them result in accidents, injuries and death. They don’t train their employees on proper use of equipment. Read the reports. They are not truthful with patient families. They make excuses for everything & blame the disabled elederly for the issues. Read the reports.

Absolutely a wonderful facility!!! ❤️ They love their residents & care for them as if they were their family. They take time to get to know them, the things they enjoy to do or have & go above & beyond to try to fulfill that! I have had a family member placed here & her care was excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility.

I placed my wife Nancy in their care 4 weeks ago. My wife had a severe brain aneurysm and stroke. With their outstanding care she has made so much progress. Everyday Nancy improves. If it had not been for their care I don't thing she would be this far in her recovery. I would highly recommend them to any family needing their services. Nancy-Strong.

Best therapy around western Kentucky. I would recommend for inpatient and outpatient services. Beautiful center for both long term and short term care.

My mother in law was here the last three years of her life. Excellent facility, exceptional care, helpful administration. Highly recommended.

I was told they changed all staff after the virus shut down My husband died less than two weeks before. From neglect. The night staff didn't go e meds. To clean out they didn't want to clean him. Signed they did. Also stole 50 frm locked cart o my 3 could touch. And night aide abused him first two weeks Also said he had flu. Bull never . I get it. He never did.

Fulton is one big family! Great team who will take good care of your family!
