Acquaintance · November 2023 My loved one was previously a resident at Hometown Manor Assisted Living of Georgetown and everything was wonderful for her at this facility. It was a great experience! The staff and care services were great. The cleanliness, friendliness, activities and meals were also great. I would definitely recommend Hometown Manor Assisted Living of Georgetown to others!
My father in law spent several months at the Home Town Manor in Georgetown Ky in around 2018-2019. [name removed] was very well cared for at Hometown Manor in Georgetown. The staff treated him like family. Hometown Manor kept his favorite treats on hand just for him. He enjoyed the outdoor patio areas with little raised gardens. He was able to have many personal items around him in his private room. He was able to come and go as he was able. He was able to have visitors when ever he liked. He spent much of the week at Hometown manor and weekends at our house.
Unspecified · January 2021 We were so happy with Dad's care here for the past 2 years. It was truly like a large family, with staff getting to know and care for him personally. We felt like he was safe and very well cared for.
Acquaintance · August 2020 They are very cost-effective.They have a very family-like feel. The offered a lot of services coming into the building. They had lots of activities, gardening, games, music. They really helped us out in our unique situation. They were wonderful.
My mother moved into Hometown Manor Assisted Living. The people are very nice, I really like the room a lot, and my mother seems to be very happy there. I know they have activities, but right now they're not doing a whole lot because of COVID-19. My mother seems to enjoy the food there. There are only 15 residents, which makes it more comfortable for me, and she gets a lot of one-on-ones. It's very nice.
Unspecified · August 2019 A great place to call home. Intimate community with comfy rooms, good food, outdoor space to relax, activities and staff that cares about every person.
Such a wonderful family atmosphere with a caring, professional staff!
This facility is special in so many ways. A family setting and home-like environment is what sets this community apart from the others on this list. The HomeTown Manor of Georgetown offers an intimate setting and unique, one-on-one care. Meals here are served family-style and are made fresh daily. I adore this facility!
I highly recommend Hometown Manor to care for you or your senior loved one. The professional staff have such a caring heart and treat residents as family. There are no long hallways. All resident rooms are directly off of a large common living area giving a just like home feel. Resident help to plan meals as a family which is awesome. Mostly importantly Hometown Manor provides you or your loved one with peace of mind and companionship.
I put my mother in a care facility called Hometown Manor. It’s a small community. It’s clean, neat, and laid out well. The staff is attentive and helpful.
This is no longer a Beehive facility
Unspecified · December 2013 I didn't like my visit at Hometown Manor. It was not just to my mother's standards. The biggest turnoff was the obvious smell of litter bug. It was also dumpy and very small. The rooms were tiny, just one bedroom without a kitchen. They just have a shared cafeteria or kitchen. It was quite cheaper than the other places we looked at so you get what you pay for. However, the staff was nice.
We chose Hometown Manor for my mom because it was close to my home and it was a small facility. I liked that it was small and intimate like a small family home, with only 14 residents. The dining room was nice and the food was okay. The staff were very helpful. They helped my mother get dressed, helped with her food, kept her room clean and with just whatever that she needed. I would recommend this place to other people.
