Hi my name is William David Estes and every time that I try to call this place and talk to my dad Pete Estes y'all don't ever wanna answer y'all's nursing station's phone or anything and this is why I have reported y'all to y'all's head director over y'all
Great facility. Staff are compassionate and caring. Faculty is clean and well maintained. My dad had an excellent experience and was treated great!
My dad loves it here! He always talks about how everyone is so nice. I myself am very happy with the establishment, team, and the amazing Job they are doing for my dad. They actually care... And it shows in everything they do and how they go beyond to make sure the patients are well taken care of. The communication is top notch. And that's a big thing for me. I highly recommend Lee County Care and rehabilitation center. The care, and the love you get here will warm your heart and you will know that your loved one will be safe, cared for, loved and respected...
Great facility. Staff are compassionate and caring. Faculty is clean and well maintained. I feel my Mom is in good hands.
They have been awesome, above and beyond. They treat our family member like their family. Carolyn Blackburn is great, very helpful and kind. Great staff!
My Mom was placed at LCCR about 10 days ago and the entire staff - Social work, nursing, Speech and Occupational therapy, CNAs, and administration have been EXCELLENT to work with! We are hopeful she can stay there as long as needed because of the friendly, helpful, and professional people that work there! Thank you all so, so much for helping my Mom!!
Lee County Care and Rehab is a wonderful place. Excellent therapy and nursing team
Beautiful facility, surrounded by some of the most gorgeous landscapes I have ever seen. The staff are loving and professional.
The staff and this home in general is top notch the home is beautiful and staff are friendly and genuinely care whole heartedly about everyone in this home .
Lee county is top notch! The staff are so compassionate and talented. Thank you for all you do here!
LCCR has been a complete blessing to my family! My Dad was there for 6 years and just recently went back. As far as nursing facilities go, I have peace knowing he's being taken care of. They really are one big family! While nursing homes are difficult and can sometimes leave you feeling aggravated, my experience between LCCR and other nursing homes is no comparison. No place is perfect and there will always be staff that don't do their job the way they should (everywhere, not just here), however, there are soooo many employees at this facility that go out of their way to do everything they can for the residents, starting at the top. I would call names, but I don't want to leave anyone out. The activities they do with the residents are also unbelievable. I truly believe if my Dad had gone to any other facility 7 years ago, he most likely wouldn't be alive today. They refused to let him give up, and they just recently did that for him again when he returned. I am forever thankful to LCCR. Several of the staff have gone above and beyond for my Dad, and for me as well. It gives me peace knowing there are people who care so much and are there for my Dad when I can't be.
Excellent staff they have took such good care of my mom!
They provide awesome care for my loved one. All the staff go above and beyond!
I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF THIS FACILITY!! I will tell you that I visited this facility after reading the reviews that have been posted. Upon arrival I was happy to see that the facility was clean and the staff that greeted me was very friendly. While walking around I was able to see that the residents seemed to be very well taken care of and also were happy as I said hello to a few of them in passing. I was also able to see some of the residents participating in Bingo as an activity that day and the woman in charge of activities(I believe her name was Katie) was very kind and outgoing and personable! I was impressed with this facility and it put my mind as ease after reading some mixed reviews about it. In my opinion from the director all the way down the line everyone seemed very kind and cared about their job and the residents that were there. All of staff did not mind to answer any questions that I did have! Thank you LCCR for letting me tour your facility!
I do not work for Lee Co care . My father has been there 3 different occasions and he is very pleased with the care he receives . My father is bedridden and I visit him at least once a week and he is very happy .The nurses ,social worker, therapist and administration has went above and beyond to help me with any concerns I have had . I am very pleased with the care my father receives at this facility Anyone considering any nursing home care needs to realize it's not one on one care . They have multiple patients to take care of in a day . This faculity does a great job trying to take care of everyone needs in a reasonable about of time . If you have a problem go to the staff they will do their best to fix the problem. Thank you Lee Co Care for helping my father and I during this time . Your kindness and hard work is greatly appreciated . I am doing this review from the kindness of my heart not because I'm getting paid or because I'm a employee .
I wasn’t going to write a review, but I keep seeing good reviews for this place from workers of the facility. I don’t think that should be allowed considering the employees treat their patients so poorly. It also makes you look bad since those are really the only positive comments about this place. Of course you like your job, you don’t do anything to actually help the elderly that have to stay at this place. I bet 95% of employees stay on their phones and don’t even bother to help those that need it! Regardless why does your staff need to put out positive reviews for their job when I feel like these reviews should be for the patients and their family members of those patients to share their experiences with the facility. I would love my job too if I didn’t have to do anything, however I have a heart and if I worked there I would actually care. I believe this place needs a full on investigation.
This facility is amazing! Their social worker, activities, nursing and therapy are top notch! We hold worship there every week and the staff is always so kind and welcoming! The elders always are well taken care of and are loved by the staff! Thank you LCCR for allowing us to share with your elders and staff!
This is a place you don't want take your family too, please if you love them don't take them here. Therapy is awful, social worker does not care, they don't care. They let them sit in soiled diapers, laying in nasty sheets and rooms. They will die here , trust me when I say this. They even tell you not to call there hotline for information , cause they don't want you to know things. If you love you loved one , I beg of you stay clear of this place !!!!!!!!!!
Blue ribbon for involving patients in many holiday activities and involving them in seasonal food prep allows them to share their knowledge. . Love to see their antics on facebook.
Nicest staff, and the cleanest facility I’ve ever been in and the patients seem so happy! Great place! When my time comes I think I would like to abode there!
Great facility, friendly staff and clean.
This is the best nursing home in American history Best staff ever in the world
The staff was extremely nice but he was there for therapy and they did nothing to help our situation ! He was sent home unable to walk and no walker or wheelchair or anything we need ! This place was dirty and there was dried food on the wall beside his head where he was sleeping ! He was there for days and I had to ask them to give him a shower and shave him ! Just be aware of what you know about this place before putting your loved one there ! I would never take anyone else in my family there and will make sure friends know what I know so they won’t use this place either !
I will not recommend this facility my daughter was place here. While she was there the aids & the nurses was very rude, they never check on her unless she put on her call light and then she had to wait from 30 mins if not longer. The facility was not clean & the residents appearance was very poor. I was glad to get her out of there.
Wonderful staff!! I can not say enough good things about this facility.
The management and staff treat everyone as if they are family. Would highly recommend Lee County.
Called and talked to the social worker and she was very pleasant to talk to and super knowledgeable about every thing at the care facility. Thank you again for all your help.
The social worker that works there is amazing (Carolyn Blackburn), she cares about the people like they are family.
Had an amazing experience placing my father in law in this facility. Feels like home and he receives the best care. The social worker is very easy to talk to and will answer any questions day or night. She truly loves her job and her residence.
My aunt was here and absolutely loved this facility! All the staff made her feel really welcome and she got amazing care and ended up loving the staff just as if they were her family.
After initial review I was contacted by the administrator Kaye Wilson. I was extremely pleased that she took the time to reach out to me in regards to me unable to get in touch with my father. I was even more pleased with the way she handled the situation in order to resolve the issue I was experiencing. She went above and beyond to ensure that I would be able to communicate with my dad. I wish I would have known how to contact her before I left the review, but she promptly replied and I could not be more comfortable with my dad being in a facility in which the administrator and other members of the staff really understood my situation and do their best to ensure that family know the staff are really there for them as well as the patients. Thank you Kaye, Carolyn, and Katie!
I don't really know how they treat people inside Lee County Care but I have a very hard time just getting to talk to my Dad. They give him therapy to learn how to build blocks, he was ran over by a car, he already could do all this that they're teaching him. All he needs is to be able to walk like to and from the bathroom, don't make a lot of sense to me.
Great center
the facility is clean and the residents are treated like family, very nice staff!
They took really good care of my grandmother while she was there, nice clean building with lots of pets!
