It’s a good place, my mom is in there and they treat her with kindness and it’s a really clean place I have ever seen

When I visited the staff was amazingly welcoming and my grandmother said they are very nice and helps her with anything she is very happy thank you to the staff keep up the good work

My Momma was treated like a queen!! She was respected, treated with dignity, had a great relationship with the workers and she loved everyone of them!

Residents are well fed, and taken care of.

Learn to feed the old people better what scumbags there they feed these old people garbage don't put anyone in that place it should be shut down workers there are trash

I've heard terrible things about this place. Inedible food, raw sometimes, and no care or attention put into proper nutrition. There has to be better options.

By the way those meals look, y'all people need some serious reprimanding. You should be ashamed.

Even if they don't have the means of caring for your loved one they'll still accept them just for the money.Look at other options if the person has health issues.

Staff working diligently thru covid regulations to keep the elders and themselves safe!

This place is awful. They do not take care of there responsibilities on walking their patients they are rude and I've seen things that is not good .there are some nurses mean to patients . This is not a good place to send family members they do not notify you when the patient goes to hospital or is throwing up constantly. Bad place to send if they had 0 😱 I'd put 0 or -10 worst place ever

Great facility , the staff is wonder to work with and try there best to help out as much as possible.

Letcher Manor is not taking care of their patients properly and the staff is very rude and uncaring. Every says that patient problems are someone else's concern.

I could not be more dissapointed. Our mother was neglected and tramautized by her experience with their rehabilation facilaties. There is no communication, or intentional deception between the staff and families of their patients. I realize we are in a pandemic, and measures must be taken to ensure the safety and well being of all. However the policies and procedures curently in place are in fact minimal and definately not in the best interest or welfare of their residents or patients. We tried several times to give this facility and administration an opportunity to work with us to make sure our mother had or received the necessaties she needed. Everytime we were told it is either being taken care of. Which was a direct fabrication, or that it was "not my problem" . Personell directly refused to steralize items requested for our mother either by her or by us, a request that would have taken meer seconds because, that was not their policy or procedure . Procedures which denied our mother the basics, like clean underwear. In effect, Their care givers dont seem to care. They have an antiquated telephone system that literally left us days without communication with our mother. When she ask someone to contact us for her she was lied to or denied her request. Her Dr. was not contacted, her medication was witheld. Obviously i could go on. I think I made my point. .
