Mountain View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

My son Jonathan was a resident for 31 days. I could not have asked for better help. The office staff was very helpful. The nurses and aides were very sweet and went out of their way to help. The therapist were great. My son improved greatly under their care. IF WE NEED REHAB SERVICES AGAIN WE WILL SURELY USE THEM AGAIN.

Only by the mercy of God, did I survive my stay there. The place desperately needs repairs, and employees that don't actually scatter like roaches, when you need assistance. God help the poor residents there, that are encouraged to report on the neglect, which is going to reap repercussions of evil upon them. I have personal stories to tell, but thank God that I'm out of there and hopefully will never have to go back. 🙏🙏❤ God willing! There are a very precious few that are attentive to the patients. May God bless these precious few individuals. 🙏❤

The administrator Courtney Collier is very professional and empathetic, always available for questions/concerns.

Every time I go here it's like I'm at home all the people are kind sweet and most of them would do this job without the pay the residents are so sweet and remind you every day that there care givers are spectacular and they are loved so very much

Would give it 0 stars if I could. They do the absolute BARE minimum for care. Left my grandma laying in a bed most of the time. I’ve had to call in multiple occasions to get them to take her water because they wouldn’t when she asked. Don’t change people as much as they should. STOLE my grandmas wheel chair, she can not walk. They are just awful. Awful. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!!!!

Mountain View Nursing and rehab is great the professionalism is unmatched in El Paso , the food is fabulous, the building is clean you can not ask for a better place for your family member.
