Reviews
for Nazareth Home - Highlands Campus
Nursing staff was rude to my mother. Would not help pick up a sock she dropped. I was there. I can't imagine what happens when I am not there. Sore on her head from moving around in bed through the night. She said she was screaming for help. I could go on. Spot check them. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
This place was a God send for my dying mammaw. As a skilled home healthcare specialist I always look for little things that matter. The 2 wks here I can say I had no complaints at all. From best nurses & CNAs who was wore out but still gave my angel top notch care. I see why they have a waiting list. Thank u all here for serving your tru purpose
There is Excellent care for all here! A warm welcome! Best spiritual care. I was blessed to spend Sunday with you. Rev.Fr.Thomas Kiiza.
Friendly staff, bird aviary well maintained.
My grandmother was taken here after a long scary time of being in the hospital and the occupational therapy team brought her back to who she was before. They have such a loving and wonderful team and i couldn’t be happier with their treatment and facility. Ivy from therapy was a very encouraging person for my grandmother and made her feel at home!!
My grandmother was sent to Nazareth for rehab and I can say without hesitation that this is the best nursing and rehab facility I have ever been to! They took fantastic care of my granny. It’s a fantastic staff. A special shoutout to the therapy department. They do phenomenal work and turned my granny around in no time! She’s back home and all is well! Ivy from therapy is one of a kind!!!!
Nazareth home loved our mother back to life. They treated her like she was their own with kindness, compassion and respect. We cannot say enough good things about the level of skilled nursing care, CNA's, physical therapy and occupational therapy. Exceptional care is given at the Nazareth Home by everyone you encounter. They treated our number one patient like she was their number one patient. Simply the best. Thanks so much The Callam Family June Rice - Room 212 Maria Hall
I was a patient in the rehab center for 5 weeks following an extremely serious leg injury. Everyone was helpful, kind and provided excellent rehab care!! My PT & OT staff were wonderful to me & with their help, my recovery went smoothly. Today I have full range of motion and walk without any assistance. The dedicated team at Nazareth made my recovery a success and a pleasant experience. Thank you for your service & a fantastic experience in your facility. Connie Roemer
Team at Nazareth Highlands is outstanding. Staff is highly skilled, friendly and caring. The rehab OT and PT is the best I have seen in any facility. The facility is spotless and clean. Lots of activities to do if you have time. Communication between staff is excellent. Can’t say enough good things about this place. My 89 year old mom in currently in the rehab center and the job the Nazareth team has done has been remarkable. Thanks to all the employees.
My experience was a nightmare the whole time I was there. I had a hematoma fractured ham string, Dr's ordered bed rest ice packs elevate lèg. They disregarded Dr's orders up every day physical therapy treadmill twice a day. My leg still swells and hurt same when I injured it.. please don't send your loved ones to Nazareth
My Mom absolutely loves this place. They have the best Care Team that is able to attend to my Mom and her needs. I am beside myself with the care and treatment she is receiving so she may return home. They really do go above and beyond and I Thank You!
My inpatient therapy after knee surgery was superb. My outpatient therapy was all I could have hoped for.
I received excellent care when I was in this facility during my rehab from knee replacement surgery. The CNA'S Myra and Shon and the nurse Brittany on the second floor treated me as one of their family members. I have been spreading the word about the excellent care I received. Thank you to all the therapist as well, Iesa, both Emily's, Gretchen and Carol. I am about 2 weeks ahead for my walking and steps.
I spent six days in rehab after knee replacement and I received the most wonderful care. Everyone was kind and positive and gladly attended to my needs. I have already praised the campus to several of my friends.

Care was so good and my room beautiful in rehab. Will definitely choose Nazareth if need rehab again or nursing home care someday!
It is comforting knowing my Mom is receiving quality and loving care. I thank Anne Dreisbach from the bottom of my heart for arranging a weekly Skype call, providing me a weekly visit with my Mom from across the country.
Have been borderline neglecting grandfather. Has been left in own urine, family had to clean up. Extremely poor communication with family members.
My grandmother was a resident a few years ago in the rehab unit and my mother in law was also a resident of the rehab unit about 2 years before my grandmother . Both just loved the facility. They received excellent care. Myself and my family were very pleased. I am now an employee at Nazareth Home. I can say that I feel most proud to be a part of such an amazing team! I would recommend our facility to anyone and as a matter of fact, I do.
Nazareth Home has taken excellent care of my mother in an extremely difficult time for everyone. I always know that the staff at Nazareth have everyone’s best interests and safety at heart in everything they do. So many people at Nazareth go above and beyond to take the care of the residents and make it feel like home. Very grateful for all they do everyday.
Everyone there who helped me rates 5 stars. Great people, great home.
This is super!! Great people, food and facility.
I am looking for a rehab facility after my knee replacement surgery. This sound like a nice place 👍
The workers and staff were very nice and took very good care of me. The food was also very good. I was there twice and i would go again if I ever needed to.
Husband had bilateral total knee replacement surgery. Prior to surgery I researched everything. In my extensive research I was referred to Nazareth for the rehab. I made sure our insurance paid for it and did a tour. After his surgery he was IPH 4 days then transferred to Nazareth. The staff was nothing short of amazing. We have made life long friends! He was inpatient for 19 days and he was a very "impatient inpatient patient!" The staff put up with his grumpiness & I was involved in all aspects of his care from daily needs being met, nutrition, medication, therapy etc. Never once did they make me feel overbearing, which I may have been, (but hey, we are talking about the love of my life here!). They listened when I had concerns about his PT not being challenging enough since he is only 54 and in the physical condition of a 30 year old man. So they enlisted what we called The Big Guns. There was change in the quality of care or concern whether I was dealing with the doctor or the facilities workers. They ALL were caring, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & engaged. I actually asked one of the more senior staff how they find that many good employees. The employees said they loved working there and they were treated good by the company. That was good to know and it shows. I cannot say enough good things about this organization. It was so good that my husband is continuing he outpatient physical therapy there and we are happy with that as well! Highly recommend!
