Awesome place

Mom has been at New Castle over a year now and is doing good. The personal are great, very friendly and treat the residents and their family special. I've watched them help the residents with their needs and treat each one special . Thank You for all you do.

McKenzie Cox is the best CNA I’ve experienced interaction with during my visits with my cousin. She always has a smile on her face and genuinely cares about the residents there. I felt like my cousin was safe and got her needs met on McKenzie’s shift.

MACKENZIE COX IS THE MOST CARING AND KIND YOUNG LADY I HAVE EVER MET AT THE NURSING HOME. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL FOR MY MOM. I AM SO THANKFUL! THANK YOU !

So thankful and blessed for the entire staff .They go above and beyond for all the residents.I can be at ease knowing my aunt is being cared for.

Everyone was very friendly, and the facility looked really nice.

Staff here have the biggest hearts and love the patients. They really do treat them like family. Thank you New Castle for taking such good care of Kenny! Special thank you to Courtney for always taking the time to help and answer questions I had.

The staff took excellent care of my Dad when he was there and Kelly Holcomb played a huge role in making him feel comfortable, welcomed, loved and at home. She truly cares for each and every resident and it shows. She's a great asset to NCNH; not only because of the love and compassion she gives but also because of what experiences and knowledge she has gained throughout her years of being an employee there.

The staff at New Castle was amazing. We couldn't have asked for better care during the time our loved one was there. The staff was in constant communication with us on everything from therapy to meals to making sure that doctors appointments were scheduled. The staff made us feel like family and we were so thankful for all they did.

We went by to check on my mother in law and label her things less then 2 hrs after she arrived and it was already done! She was cozy in bed and everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly! All of the other residents were clean and looked happy as well! I have been nothing but extremely impressed with you all so far and I greatly appreciate everyone's hard work! Thank you all for all you do!!!!

My aunt Dorothy Ashcraft has been here for rehab & has done excellent because of her being here. She's had excellent care while she has been here. Plus a great Dr Jones the family APPRECIATES you so much for getting her where she is now and she has done well with her therapy. She's now able to go home because of being here. Thank u alot the family of Dorothy Ashcraft. What a great new year for her to b able to go home.

We went and had Christmas with my mother in law. We had a great time.

So my dad was in and out of this nursing home for the last 2 years. The staff , nurses rehab and even the lunch ladies were very nice. We loved them all dearly. They did a very good job with him. And I can’t forget about my daughter Christy Draque who is the activity director who did an awesome job with her papa and all the other residents that love her dearly. She is the Best. Thank you all so much for making us a part of your family.

I transferred here for Environmental Services, Supervisor. I have been here almost three months and can honestly say I really like it here. The staff has always been friendly and nice and I enjoy the residents and hearing all their jokes and the good old days, makes it feel like home.

Had my mother in law in for rehab. The staff where very nice. But the doctor was unfeeling and wouldn't listen about her condition. So i took her out and took her straight to her doctor who put her in the hospital. My recommendation is you got to put a love one in rehab are nursing home check out the doctor frist. The staff can only do so much if the doctor want listen

I am Anna Louise Edmondson, I recently was in New Castle for rehab. It was the best experience I have ever had at a rehab center. The staff from kitchen, housekeeping/laundry to the business office to the nursing staff where awesome. TOP NOTCH!!! I would recommend New Castle Nursing and Rehab to anybody. This is where I will always go for rehab.

Nursing homes are always tough places to be, and if a person comes in for random 20 minute visits, I can see how people can think that the staff just "leaves people laying there." I spent three days sitting there as my father passed away, and I can assure you that the nurses and staff are always busily working. Thank you to Buffy, and Melinda, Ben, and Alex, and Rob and the others for you kind support, patience, and compassion. God bless you.
