My dad got real sick with RSV and double pneumonia and owenton waited untill he got real bad before sending him for treatment..he passed in the hospital the first of 2025.

I came to Owenton Center to visit a friend at one of their events. This has to be one of the cleanest facilities I've seen. The staff are super friendly and I absolutely love the sense of community. They really make their patients and visitors feel right at home.

My husband and I placed my mother n law here about a month ago. We are beyond satisfied with the care that she has been receiving. The staff have all went above and beyond to make her stay healthy and comfortable. The nurses have done an excellent job of building a rapport with us, and the communication for her care is excellent. Amy in admissions, and Paige (my mother n laws unit manager) have been phenomenal. I am also very happy with her nurse, Caroline. She is extremely knowledgeable and has been pleasant to discuss my mother n laws care with. My mother n law went in sad and hopeless. She has turned in to a little social butterfly. She has been laughing, eating good, and making friends. She’s gained weight and looks so good. Our family couldn’t be more satisfied with her care right now. I would recommend this facility for your loved ones. Every facility has issues and none are perfect. However, it feels nice knowing she is receiving the care that she needs when we are not there. ❤️

Would NOT RECOMMEND this place things go wrong they blame The family for being rude to staff so we're RUDE for wanting the service that is required all I can say is WELL PEOPLE DO YOUR JOB AND THAT WOULDN'T HAPPEN!!!!!!!! Do what you want but I would think twice

Place is nasty needs lots of work and they put your loved ones in bags after they pass away

Wonderful place that truly is a family between the staff , residents, and the reaidents family. The staff is amazing and hardworking making sure that the not only the residents health needs are met but the quality of life is improved . Keeping in mind what matters to the residents.

My mother and aunt are both in the Owenton Center I am very pleased with the care they receive. The staff is wonderful with keeping me informed with their care since I live out of state. I have total confidence with the nursing staff, the CNA staff has been wonderful being attentive to their daily needs. The kitchen staff is very efficient with cleanliness and food preparation. The janitorial staff is very accomadating. The business staff go abovd and beyond with the billing process. I am very happy with activities and staff participation. I recommend the center and assure your loved ones will be taken care of

Not to be rude but please don't send your Family here they almost killed me when I stayed there by messing up my medicine and the food was so nasty I wouldn't even feed it to a starving dog
