Palmer Place

The staff is great but short staffed all the time. The food has gone down hill in the years they have sandwiches most of the time. The residents do not get a choice of food to choose from.

Great place for the elderly. Good and friendly staff.

My mom is staying there, I feel that she is very well taken care of, I would recommend it.

The manager is never there, the food is getting worse, and the place floods. Mold can be deadly to the elderly, so maybe someone should get the place up to code. For what they pay, it should be clean, dry, and with 5* meals.

I love it here nice people that work here they make you feel comfortable they are very friendly would recommend as a retirement home 100%

My 85 year old Aunt is so well taken care of. She needs help occasionally and they are there but not in your face every time you turn around. Very clean, beautiful accommodations, and super friendly staff.

Palmer Place is nice, but the room is small. The room is about the size of two large walk-in closets. I don't think I could co-exist there; it is too small. The dining area is huge. I'm a retired teacher, and we have had lots of meetings there where they catered our lunches. They always fix good food. The staff members are wonderful, too. I know a lot of people there because it is about nine miles from our house in Kentucky. They even let you have a car there to go when you want to go, which is nice. The people and the food are nice but not the size of the room.

Residents here seem happy, food is tasty, staff friendly and helpful, and place is clean. Varied activities for residents every day.

All the people that work there are very professional. They maintain a really good relationship with the residents. The facility is clean. Rooms are spacious. The facility provides independence for the residents while maintaining a safe environment.
