Air conditioning and heat regulated by staff. It can be up to 80 to 85 degrees in the apartments. Staff refuses to turn on air conditioning. Staff walks in apartments when they choose. Elevators are old and dangerous. Needing work more than not. Staff is untrustworthy in helping these elderly people, uncaring attitude. Unclean in laundry area and hallways. I wouldn’t just walk away, I would run from this place.

Since the new director took over I have noticed the place feels unsafe because they are bringing in ex-cons and parolees. And a1so unstab1e residents that have set off the fire alarm twice. Another resident pulled a knife on another resident. When I come to visit my uncle I always carry mase with me. I am concerned for all residents is why I am posting this.

I believe the community needs better upkeep. The elevators were not always working, and this isn't good for the residents. Panorama is an older community and needs updates. The room was good for my loved one.

The units are not cleaned b4 rented. Everyone in office is friendly till you need something. None is value. Care svcs - nonexistant. Activities - bingo is about it. They have POPR which is nothing more than a click. Mgmt says they have no money but they seem to pay them. If i were a vol I'd walk out. West building had a pipe burst everyone effected were put up in a hotel. Bed bug city. Oh they didn't offer it to me. Mgmt lies and sends you false info. Beware they have no restrictions on dogs (grrr) or people. And no matter who tells you the West bldg doesn't take section 8...they do. I guess that's why i see the young and homeless and all the people coming and going at nightm And to park in lot is 15 extra - holes are included. Don't take my word for it move there!!!!!!!!! Ps. If i were there next year my son is suppose to be parolled for murder and i would sneak him in like they rent to druggies. Yes the seniors have to sell drugs to pay the rent.

My experience with Panorama was very good. The maint. staff was always there on a timely fashion. The building was always kept clean and the outdoors were always well groomed. The was no real noise level. Most all of the people were friendly . The office staff was excellent, The only situation I had was the restaurant. People there running it came and went. With all the new renovations that are on going, it will only be a nicer place to live.

Seems like a very nice and friendly community and the staff friendly and good with residents. The apartments were clean and neat.

This community has a restaurant on site. The apartments are smaller than the community we chose. The community is a little larger. This building looks like it may have been built in the 1960's or 1970's.

Living here at Panorama is a convenient. Comfortable and affordable place to call home. Our office staff is always friendly and accommodating. Maintenance is efficient and prompt to any problems. They actually encourage us to call when something needs attention. They are interested in maintaining the appearance and condition of our buildings and each apartment. All of our staff is accommodating and professional. There are many social activities to attend and classes to educate us about a full range of topics. We have an aging in place Clinic where any resident can have their blood sugar and blood pressure checked and vaccinations. These services are open to all Panorama residents. There is an excellent Beauty shop. We also have a restaurant open to the public. You can join a social club (POPR) and attend meetings, special events & raffles. We have large laundry facilities and convenient parting. If you're an animal lover, Panorama is pet friendly. There are exercise and art classes, Bible Studies, Veterans group and a small general store for our convenience. We're kept upto date on current and future plans with quarterly meetings. We also have a talent contest!! A big plus is our service coordinator. She's available and able to help with the many questions we have in our daily lives as we grow older and have questions and forms to fill out. Are you a gardener? Would you like to be a cheerleader? We are annual squealers for the flying pig. I have just scratched the surface of the benefits and comforts of our clean and friendly communities. Call the office [Removed] and schedule a tour. The staff would love to show you around.

I moved into this community 1 month ago. Having lived in other apts I can honestly say that this is the best. [Removed] and [Removed] have been extremely helpful and at the same time that they care. I'm very glad to be here. The residents couldn't be more friendly which helps to make living here very pleasant

I have resided here 3 1/2 yr and am very happy. The entire staff is wonderful! Amenities, social and programs are outstanding. The most important thing to me is how we all feel like a community family. People are really concerned about each other - the human factor!

Resident · October 2016

I think the staff does the best job possible when they are dealing with 2 building & nearly 250 residents. Especially since seniors are not the easiest people to deal with. I always tell, whomever ask, that I am happy here & would recommend it.

Resident · October 2016

I am very happy to call Panorama home. The staff is friendly competent, compassionate & respectful. They encourage residents to report any maintenance issues & respond promptly. Panaroma offers regular workshops & services geared to the needs of senior. There are also a number of onsite conveniences; laundry, parking, restaurant, recreation space & soon a grocery store.

Resident · October 2016

I have lived at Panorama for 28 years. I believe it to be a safe and convenient place to live, having a staff that is caring and efficient. I wouldn't live any place else. I think my years as a resident speaks for itself.

Resident · October 2016

I have lived here for six years. Since [Removed]. Before President, Manager, and [Removed] have been here. We have better communication with the staff. They are always trying to make Panorama a better home for the residents. They are willing to help to keep the apartments livable. Maintenance is always available when needed. [Removed] is always here and helpful when necessary. [Removed] is always here to make sure we have any kind of help that we need. [Removed] has helped make a lot of improvements to our buildings, and lets us know when new things are coming.

I have had a wonderful experience living here at Panorama. After losing two husbands I moved to my first apartment. I have been very happy here because of the many activities and the friendly staff. I have gottin involved in most all the activities and have met some wonderful people who have become very good friends. The office staff gets involved in making living here extremely pleasant. I hope to live here for the rest of my life.

They're doing a great job at Panorama, my loved one really seems to be enjoying herself here. They impressed us right from the start, the tour was very informative and they explained everything we needed to know. It's a nice looking facility, and everyone is very friendly!
