They have a much better manager now and things are being changed for the better thanks to her.

Would not recommend for anyone's family members. The care here is non-existent the meals suck the rooms never get cleaned. Nobody here is certified in anything. It constantly smells horrible there. Bedbugs are in every room but owners do not care.

I wouldnt

I was a resident at Parkside Manor a few years ago and I must say that it was one of the most horrific experiences of my life. Within a few days of arriving at this place I quickly understood that Parkside Manor was nothing more than just a long-term homeless shelter and that they cared nothing about the residence and that management and the owners offered no care whatsoever to the residents who were and they would just lay in their beds and eventually would pass away.

There manger is not a good person she refused to fill out paper work for my daughter to get the medical care she needed while being pregnant and it caused her to stress out to the point she quit her job and has been in and out of the hospital she also got gallbladder stones during her pregnancy and still is in able to get insurance until she get a form filled out by the manger of parkside Stacy Miller she is a bitter mean woman may God have mercy on her for what we do unto others will be done unto us.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Have been trying to speak with anyone in admissions for over a week, been told to leave message and they would call back, and even after I explained how urgent the situation was, they still have not returned my call and now i can't even get anyone to pick up the phone
