Parkview Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center

They took excellent care of mother while she was living in this facility. She loved them and they loved her. Farrah, the head nurse would even bake cakes for residents.

They took really good care of my uncle, he was a vet suffered PTSD, dementia, sundowners, and was really great with him.

Parkview has had a complete turn around in the last few months. A new management team in the facility has improved the facility inside and outside. I would recommend any one to go there for short or long term care. God bless them all

I visited Parkview this week and was very impressed with the improvements to the facility. The place looked and smelled great when I walked in and the residents that I interacted with were all happy and looked good. Great job!

The staff is absolutely amazing and very warm, down to earth and welcoming to everyone they meet! Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to work or looking for an amazing place for their loved ones!!

I have been here for one month and I can tell you I am impressed with all the staff I have met during this time. Parkview is well on its way.

I had the pleasure of recently visiting Parkview this past week and I was beyond impressed with the level of care, compassion, dedication, and quality of care noticed and observed while on site at this facility. I have visited multiple SNF's in multiple states and I would place Parkview at the top of the list for nursing and rehabiliitation centers that go above and beyond. This was evident from the staff member that greeted me at the front door and from every interaction with staff members during my visit. Staff and residents were happy, engaged and all areas were neat and clean.

All the Staff go Out of there way to please the residents , The Activities director throws herself into her job. The nurses and the nurses sides are very hard working as well as physical therapy and the rest of the staff ate the best!!😃😃😃

Since this new company Plainview has taken over, the Nursing Home has gone downhill. We have 40 residents per floor to take care of and approximately 2-5 washcloths to do this with. So... let corporate know... right? Wrong.... evidentially they do not care... Our admin has tried for a couple months to get linens orders but yet we still do not have any... Oh!!! The Nursing Home is being painted, new furniture etc... but at what cost? The cost of keeping residents clean and presentable? I cannot say anything to my CNAs about keeping people bathed... why? Because we lack the supplies to do so... We do the best we can.. PS.... If I get fired, you know what happened

My mother in law was here for about two weeks after a brief but serious illness while she was there staff were telling her that the transfer to her home state where all her family are was not going to happen the hospital had medical transport ready since she could not safely ride in a car 400 miles then when it came time for her to leave this had been cancelled. She had to go by car she suffered emotionally from the staff neglect to know what was going on with the patient if you are not sure about what's going on with the patient don't say anything until you know what you are talking about
