Great, caring environment. Top notch nurses and staff that truly care! Always activities to keep all involved and interested. Kitchen staff looks out for special requests and snacks. They become like an extended family and support team. They went the extra mile for my dad❤️

Pikeville Nursing and Rehabilitation is a facility that is concerned with their residents health, safety, and happiness. Also, they are considerate of their workers because they know when you take care of your staff the staff take care of the facility!

By far the best facility around!! Open hearts and open arms!! Very caring, attentive, welcoming environment with highly trained and knowledgeable staff. This facility has healthcare professionals 24/7 to tend to your loved ones. 10/10!! Highly recommended!!

Had a family member here and have to say the staff were great with her. Highly recommend. Floors were shiny and the soup beans and cornbread made my family member feel at home.

My mother fell and fractured her back, she spent 5 days at PMC, then transferred to Pikeville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mom spent 23 days at the center. I just want to say how wonderful we were treated. The employees there are the best, they treated mom with such care. If mom needed anything they were on it. And not just mom but all the residents were treated with respect and care. The atmosphere is happy and loving. Mom was very involved in crafts and projects, they would do her hair and paint her nails. If anything ever happens again, I would not hesitate for her to go back because I know she would be looked after and cared for. I hear nothing but wonderful things about the residents, the staff, and the management of this facility! I don’t think it gets any better than this!

I called this facility to speak with my Auntie who just transferred in, and from the first lady that answered the phone to the lady she transferred me to, I can understand why my Auntie was very happy when she got on the phone. There is one in particular that I enjoyed speaking to as she was locating the wireless phone to give to my Auntie. Her name is JC (I believe thats what she said. It could be Jaycene?) Anyway... she was wonderful. I have not heard my Auntie sound so happy in years. Keep up the awesomeness! One day I will drive down there and have to meet your wonderful staff. BRAVO!

Worst place I've ever been when u go down the hall smells like odor and piss last time I was here visiting my mother there was a man in a wheelchair peeing in the floor they never cleaned it up and didn't change him and my mom has been at this nursing home in rehab for almost 3 months and when she came to this place she was crying wanting to come home now she doesn't want to go home and be with her family I believe someone there is brainwashing my mother worst nursing home I've ever been to :(

So far, so good! My mother is here for rehab and we have been pleasantly surprised with the care and friendliness of the staff. It’s clean and the food is great! Much better than the her hospital experience.

I have a family member that has been a resident of Pikeville Nursing Home and Rehab for almost two years. There has never been one issue or complaint that I have had to make. The staff there are phenomenal and take such great pride in their work. I leave there knowing my aunt is greatly taken care of. The administrator Lanna Roberts is awesome. She is always there and available at anytime. The building is always clean and the staff from laundry, activities, and dining room are always involved with the residents. If you have a family member that needs assistance that you cannot provide, I highly recommend Pikeville Nursing and Rehab!! 5 stars isn’t t enough to rate them!!! Amazing jobs guys! Keep up the good work!!

A great atmosphere for our loved ones when they need the ultimate care when the family is unable to provide for them. My sister retired there years ago before she passed away with Cancer and I loved the care and commitment she always took pride in. The facility has only gotten better since and it was amazing then. The Administrater and staff take great pride in making sure the residents have what they need, are well taken care of and make their lives as fulfilling as possible.

I would just like to say that this facility is the best. They take wonderful care of my dad (Lacy Walters). All the nurses, aides, social workers cooks, they are fabulous. My dad has been there 4 years and I love what great care he gets. Also I had the pleasure of meeting the administrator and she is terrific. I love them all. Keep up the good work

My uncle is there for physical rehabilitation. He likes it there and they are taking good care of him. He enjoys the extra activities and manicures. The food is good too. Thank you. It is reassuring knowing that he is satisfied.

My mother in law was in Pikeville nursing and rehab which used to be signature healthcare. I have no clue what it used to be like but Pikeville nursing and rehab is amazing!!!!! They took great care of my mother in law. She was dying of cancer and they made sure she stayed as comfortable as possible and made sure we were kept up to date on what was going on when we had to leave for some reason or another! These nurses are truly amazing ❤️ I would recommend Pikeville nursing and rehab to anyone!!!!! Thank you for all you do!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the place was very neat and clean this would be a place I wouldn’t care to have a love one stay.

I genuinely appreciate the service I have received from Pikeville Medical. All the staff have been so nice to me. Being sick can be very hard, but a little kindness definitely smooths out the rough edges.

Had a couple issues at first and spoke with management...issues fixed within 48 hours. When you are told you can tell how happy residents are and feel at HOME in a nursing and Rehad center by the smiles on the nurses faces and how many residents are in the halls, it’s true! My loved one has been at two facilities and i understand that comment after his experience at Signature Health Care of Pikeville. Thank you for all the efforts you give to make it a HOME and not a living facility!
