Unspecified 路 February 2025 Mom had a great short term rehab stay at Pine Meadows. Therapy gave it their all to make sure she was ready to go to her new assisted living apartment. Everyone was so kind. Her private room made it more appealing to give rehab a go to get her strength back after a hospital stay. Thanks Pine Meadows!!!
Unspecified 路 January 2025 I can't sing enough accolades for what everyone at Pine Meadows Post Acute rehab has done for me with their utmost care and compassion at every single turn. I am recovering from my right hip replacement surgery, of which in itself,is a monumental task, faster than I could ever expect. This team of professionals are without a doubt, worth the Nobel Peace Prize. I have never encountered a more cohesive and familial team of people who go way beyond just simply owning the problems associated with my rehab and honest to goodness love. I am forever in their debt of gratitude and so very fortunate that I selected them after my difficult surgery and unnecessarily unfortunate experience at the hospital, which I need not mention their name. Again, God Bless everyone there doing what they do best..100% tender loving care. Most Sincerely, Hamlin A Caldwell ,III of Lexington, Kentucky.
If I could give negative stars I would!!!! The absolute nastiest and most unprofessional place I have ever walked in to. An elderly resident had bruises and pressure sores ALL OVER HIS BODY. Not to mention when I walked in he was NAKED and hadn鈥檛 been changed in what looked like days. They treat people like animals. PLEASE do not ever waste your money and time on this place. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
Under staffed, the place looks old and dingy, seems maintenance cares more about working on there jeep than the facility, rotten trees in back, the whole place looks like something from 60s
After moving here a year ago my dad has been in and out the hospital and then sent to rehab a few times but after his last stay where he was in pine meadows I finally saw improvement IN EVERYTHING. His quality of life his mental state and his physical abilities its just blown me away how much he has improved. I can鈥檛 say enough about the entire staff especially the nurses for taking my concerns and fears into consideration when creating a realistic care plan and understanding our situation. I hope he never has to go to rehab again but if he does I pray it will be at Pine Meadows.
Unspecified 路 February 2024 Our mother was moved to Pine Meadows on November 30,2023 and died on February 18, 2024. During her stay at Pine Meadows the entire staff from receptionist, finance, nutrition, laundry, house keeping, nursing staff doctors and hospice gave our mother the best of care. The entire staff treated our mother with respect and went above and beyond what we expected. I am so thankful for Pine Meadows and that our mother was given the best of care up until she died. Mother is resting now in Heaven and is healthy and at Home for eternity. Thank you Pine Meadows
Unspecified 路 January 2024 PATIENT WAS BEING IGNORED FOR A WHOLE 15-20 MINUTES!!! I STAYED ON THE PHONE WITH HIM, WHILE HE YELLED CONTINUOUSLY FOR HELP!!! THE STAFF SIMPLY IGNORED HIM!!!! THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE 馃槨 Then when the nurse decided to come check on the patient she was rude and said the patient was lying about not being able to reach his nurse call button!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
Unspecified 路 December 2023 Not impressed with this facility. Nats(a lot) flying around. Smells of urine. People needing things and they have to call outside to people to call back to help them.
I loved all of the therapy people and the nurse aids.
Unspecified 路 November 2022 This facility has dangerously unsafe staffing ratios. Your aide and nurse cannot safely care for a ratio of 30+ patients therefore leading to neglect and abuse. I would never put my loved one in a facility like this as they would suffer and leave in worse condition than what they came in.
Unspecified 路 January 2022 Very clean facility with up to date medical equipment. If it is broken, repaired immediately. Nursing staff very caring and immediate attention given to your needs.
Unspecified 路 August 2021 When my father suddenly became ill, I knew he'd have to go for rehab treatment before he could come home from the hospital. He was to weak and confused to be sent home. I really was uncomfortable with COVID and and didn't know what to expect. Pine Meadows made the admission process easy and was able to answer all my concerns. The staff was great and it made leaving my father somewhat easier. He loved the staff and still talks about the ones who worked directly with him. His progression was quicker than I thought and he came home sooner than expected. The therapy worked wonders with him and his strength has been noticed and complimented by his doctors. I would trust and use Pine Meadows again if the opportunity should arise.
Unspecified 路 August 2021 Edit: now the vaccine is mandatory for nursing homes in the state. ADMIN office needs to do their job.
here and homestead, not all staff is vaccinated against covid.
residents and patients come first, your personal views later.
Unspecified 路 August 2021 The facility was very clean and staff were friendly. When my father in-law arrived he couldn鈥檛 walk. In less than 2 weeks he鈥檚 walking better than before. He liked his room, food, and all the people that took care of him during this difficult time. I want to say thank you to all the hero鈥檚 at Pine Meadows.
