I was a resident previously for rehab after stroke wonderful environment and staff got released and went home for couple years and tried another assisted living and it was awful I told them all the time how much this place is better and they should go visit and learn some things

It's a great facility. The staff is great and the pt care is great. The food is great

I have a family member there. Clean facility and well staffed. Great security and facial recognition of clients. Change clients every 2 or 3 hours to reduce bed sores and urine smell on pads. Dont be so rough with patients. This isnt all of the staff just a few that are rough with their handeling of the clients there. If your not happy there dont work there let someone who sees the clients as family take care of our loved ones. Work on different protein nutrition for those patients who may not be eating without assistance. Add more physical therapy to keep patients active, set monthly or quarterly goal meetings with clients and families. Set up a mobile or schedule video conference with patients and families. It helps those who cant visit. Rotate clients more so they dont get bedsores or pressure points. Teach more classes on active listening of clients and how to deal with them easier. High marks for monitored door security. High marks for med adherence, high marks for staffing. Just a few tweeks for the staff to make this facility top notched. I will be monitoring this facility more with future reviews.

DO NOT put loved ones here. It is not a safe place.

Parents were not even here for a month. They were dementia patients and were trying to adjust but we're not given the opportunity to do so. They were sent out to be evaluated and sent elsewhere for care. My father came to stay for a couple of months. First day there I found an old grapefruit sized bruise on his arm that looked like a bitemark or pinch that would predate his evaluation stay after leaving there. Please keep loved ones away from here.

I went back n with a friend to visit a family member. The building was clean and everyone was very helpful and caring. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great place to bring your love ones. Staff treats residents like their family. Housekeeping goes above 5o make sure facility looks great. They have a new memory care unit as well.

This nursing facility has a wonderful appearance from the outside. It is very clean and attractive. The staff are all very friendly. They love being involved with the residents and do lots of fun activities. They strive to be the best of the best in the nursing home world. They also have a new memory care center especially for Alzheimer's and Dementia patients.

My brother was admitted primarily for physical and occupational therapy. He was admitted to Princeton Health and Rehab the afternoon of July 20, after a two week stay in Intensive Care. Laura Bard, the Admission Director, made the transition from hospital to the facility very smooth. She was able to answer any questions we had, took care of the paperwork, and insurance for us. I live 3 hours away and my first visit was July 23 and I was surprised to see he had already progressed a bit in a couple of areas in that very short period of time. I visited Sunday, July 29 and was amazed at how far he has progressed. I am thankful for the staff, nurses, and therapists that in barely over a week has helped bring my brother back to us. Whatever you guys are doing - keep it up!

My grandma had Alzheimer's and they cared for her for 5 to 6 years. Thank you Renae for being the head hall nurse of the 200 hall
