I wish to thank all the personal at this nursing home.I feel my mother got the best care ,each time we cane to visit the place was clean and well cared for.I watched how the people working their were very kind to the ones receiving care.the 7 months my mother was their I had calls from the nurse keeping me informed almost dayly toward the end.so thank you from all the family.Carl w.Landers

Went to visit a family member and was completely appalled at the LACK of QUALITY care at this "facility." The odor of urine and feces was overwhelming upon entry. Our family member (who is a veteran of the United States) hadn't had nails clipped in weeks, smelled much too strongly of urine, and the rug in the room next to the bed was covered in food and dirt. I advised the staff that this was completely unacceptable. The amount of money that is paid MONTHLY is over $9K. While I understand that nurses and CNAs are underpaid, I don't care. This is someone's hero, someone's brother, someone's husband. Everyone who walks past that room daily should be ashamed of themselves. I don't know how you people even sleep at night, knowing the obvious level of neglect that is occurring on your watch. We had relatives travel for 16 hours to spend some time with their dad, and this is the harsh reality they were forced to face. If you even love your relatives just a tiny little bit, DON'T SEND THEM HERE.
