I could Not find a shower in the whole facilities this is a rough situation.
Unspecified · February 2026 The staff is nice and patient and care about people
Unspecified · February 2026 Where do I begin.... Ok so almost 2 months ago now a aide was in my room and knocked my phone off the table and broke my screen really bad. They told me they was going to get it fixed or pay for it. So I got them the information they requested to get it fixed. So they ended telling me they was waiting on a check from the corporate office which I should've gotten a month ago. Well I'm finally back home been home for 3 weeks now and still nothing. I have called repeatedly the administrator Alan Wade has lied to me been lying to me since before I left the facility. When I called him he hangs up on me. I have his number that I have text he tells me I will call you right back and he never has. I think this is absolutely crazy to be lied to like this. So today I finally got a call back from the office manager and she says it should be there by tomorrow or the next day mind you they have been telling me this same thing for 2 months now so if I don't get the check the pay for my phone that their employee broke in calling my uncle which is a lawyer and showing him all the proof of then saying they were going to pay for it and all the phone calls with these people that I have recorded it's really crazy I have to go through this to get my phone fixed.
Unspecified · February 2026 I would like to thank the staff at Regency for the care they showed my mother-in-law.
Even though she was there for a short time, the staff was incredibly caring from the moment she arrived. They were always professional, and attentive to her daily needs. The nursing staff was compassionate, attentive, and always made sure she was comfortable and safe. They were always available and willing to answer my questions.
The facility was clean and welcoming, which gave our family great peace of mind.
We are very grateful for the care and love she received.

Unspecified · February 2026 When Mom had to go to a nursing home this was the only facility I was able to find an opening close by and I'm glad she went here! The staff provides excellent care, they're all friendly and compassionate, and they have fun activities for the residents to participate in. Everyone greets me with a smile and a friendly word. I'm glad Mom is here and if I ever have to be admitted to a nursing home, I would love to go here.
Unspecified · February 2026 Regency center has been one of my go to facilities for my clients. They always take the calls, treat the residents with care and are always available to help.
I have had the pleasure of Annie in admissions helping and going above and beyond to get my families in the door. Thanks for all you guys do!

Unspecified · February 2026 this place is so warming and admissions team was very supportive and helpful when placing my grand father. definitely recommend
Unspecified · February 2026 I needed placement for a resident not long ago. Annie in admissions was very helpful. She assisted me with placement even though she didn’t have to do so. Much appreciated.
Unspecified · February 2026 Staff are like extended family to residents and their families. Management are very knowledgeable and professional.
Unspecified · January 2026 I was disappointed with the Admissions experience at this facility. The Admissions lady (Anna maybe) member’s dress code was unprofessional, and they seemed to lack fundamental knowledge about long-term care options. It left me concerned about the level of care and professionalism here.
Unspecified · October 2025 Wonderful place, very caring staff. We had struggled to find a place my grandmother felt comfortable staying in and this facility has been amazing to her in every way possible. Highly recommended.
Unspecified · January 2025 Annie is the best and so helpful.
Unspecified · January 2025 This place was nice. The residents are fantastic, like a family. The upper office staff are nice, busy always, but nice. CNAs are helpful. I enjoyed my experience there.
Unspecified · August 2024 My mom is currently at Regency Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. I picked it because it's close to me and my dad. We don't live together, but it doesn't take five minutes for us to get up there to see her, and that's the main reason I chose it.
It has gotten better than it used to be. My mom could still eat, but they would bring her tray and set it down and nobody would try to feed her. If we weren't there, no one would try. I think she would get washed off maybe once a week if we don't do it. You have to tell them what to do.
The staff members seem friendly enough. My dad would go up in the morning and I go up in the evening and the same guy working would tell my dad one thing and then he would tell me something opposite. He would tell me my mom ate all her breakfast, and then would tell my dad that my mom didn't eat anything for breakfast. So that makes it hard to trust them when you're not there.
It's fairly clean and pretty decent, but there are ants crawling around. They don't wipe things down like my mom's tray table and things like that. They don't clean those types of things. I like my mom's room. I think the only reason they put her in that single room right by the nurse's station was because at the time when my mom was able to walk, she fell twice because they weren't watching her good enough. She was quick then, but she's not quick now. She's dying now basically.
Unspecified · August 2020 Friend ended up with multiple bed sores. He was legally blind and not helped to eat. Dirty rooms and the whole facility. Care was worse than terrible. Never send anyone there. Management is rude and not caring.
Unspecified · February 2016 My sister is in Regency, and has been there for about a month. It’s very nicely designed, it had a very nice layout, and it was located in a very safe, pleasant area. It had nice, wide walls which made it real homey; instead of clinical. The staff was very pleasant, very cheerful, and seemed to relate to the people who were there. There are good activities, the activity leader is a very lovely, and wise person; really engages them.
