My dear friend lives there. The units are perfect. She is very well cared for. The facility is beautiful and the food is delishish. She loves it there!

I attended the Father's Day luncheon today. The food was wonderful, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the facility was clean and beautiful. I love that there are so many social events and that families are included in many of them. My father is very happy at Robinbrooke, which is a huge blessing to my sister and me!

My grandmother moved in about 2 1/2 months ago and Robinbrooke has been amazing! We transitioned her in the open arms wing they welcomed her and included her in all activities right away. She is 90 and change is hard. Natasha is the director over that area and she goes above and beyond not just for the resident but the family. The staff is top notch very friendly and attentive and each staff member truly care as well seem like they are happy to be there and more than just a job. Facility is very clean!

The rooms are lovely. Food quality is not what it once was and at times portions are meager. There is a lot of staff turnover. Activities do not have variety and tend to be largely sedentary for the most part. Staff can be more interested in their phones than residents. Medications get missed and assistance is frequently left to family and residents. Looks good, scratch the surface and there are issues. Family needs to be active in Advocating for their loved one.

I moved here from Florida in June. Very good decision. I lived with my hubby in ETown from 2000 until 2007 so it was like coming home. I love the Kentucky people. They are good, kind, thoughtful and loving. I have added the excellent care and help that you receive by living in RobinBrooke Senior Living. Makes senior life much easier. Thank you employees for being here to help and Management to aid me, encourage me and assist in all manner of problems.

RobinBrooke has been extremely attentive to the physical and mental care of my mother. They truly exhibit care and consideration. Thank you RobinBrooke!

RobinBrooke Senior Living had a lot of activities, and for their lunches you had your choice of what you wanted to eat, plus a la carte if you didn't like what's on the main menu. They just seemed to be super friendly and we liked that. They have an exercise room, a Bible study, and movies. The staff was very knowledgeable, very courteous, and sympathetic to our needs. She had a lot to play in making our decision. We had one meal there. The food was very good. The dining area was very clean. The waitresses took care of you very nicely. We didn't really go out, but they had areas available if you wanted to sit outside. They're shaded and there were a lot of flowers. It was very nice.

About 3 years ago, my husband and I ran into some health issues that we needed back-up to handle. Our daughter found Robinbrooke for us and it has been exactly what we needed. Our apartment is full of windows and light. The SRAs we have contact with are always smiling and kidding with us and the administrative staff is friendly and interested in what's going on in our life. There is always plenty to do with various in-house activities and bus outings. My husband and I are considered "engaged" or "independent", but if you need a little care or a lot the "assisted living" programs are for you. Come visit.

Moved our mother in last year and the staff has been nothing but the best. Theresa and Pat have made the move easy and they are always ready to please our request. The front desk personnel are always ready to answer questions. Very clean facility !!

Shortly after the death of our dad, Mom moved to Robinbrooke. Although it took a little while, Robinbrooke has become her home. She enjoys the daily visits from family and from the friendly and capable staff members who come to administer her meds and clean her room. She also enjoys the daily activities and going to the dining room for delicious meals and she usually has an entertaining story to tell about something that went on during her day. We are so glad that our Mom made the decision to move to Robinbrooke, which alleviates the worry of her being in a house alone, and the worry about all the maintenance and upkeep that comes from owning a home. For our Mom, Robinbrooke was the perfect solution!

We toured RobinBrooke Senior Living. My mom is on the waitlist. Our experience with it was excellent. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and clean. We were there during dinner at one time, and it was very nice. The common areas were very well-kept and clean. They have activities, but we weren't there for many of them. What stood out to us was their friendly staff and the very clean and kind of upscale atmosphere. They have a spa, a salon, a library, a theater, a chapel, and a workout room. They had quite a few things.

My mother-in-law lived at RobinBrooke for a year and a half. The only reason she moved was due to an illness. The have plenty of activity. The food is good. The staff are excellent. I was hoping to get her back. I would definitely recommend this.

Love the staff at this facility. Teach an exercise class 1x/week here and staff is very helpful. Facility is clean and well appointed. Love love love all the residents.

My mother has been there for about one year, and it has been a great experience for our whole family. What has been most impressive is the consistent, high-quality, level of care on a day-to-day basis by the whole team. It is a blessing to know that your mother is in good hands and I highly recommend Robinbrooke!

We moved our mother to Robin Brooke one year ago and we could not be more pleased with our decision. We did our research and Robin Brooke stood out as exceptional. The facility is beautiful, clean and spacious, and mom's favorite space is the large courtyard. What we appreciate the most about Robin Brooke is the 24/7 care she receives from the professional and caring staff. We know she is being provided the very best care which gives us peace of mind. My mother has resided at RobinBrooke for almost a year after moving her here from Tennessee. The facility is exceptional in appearance, friendliness, professionalism and activities offered. It gives the image of a small community; it has everything you need to care for your loved ones. My mom receives first class care from all the care givers, they are extremely professional, caring and wonderful. They interact with the residents on a daily basis with activities and constantly keep me informed of how my mom is doing. I sleep much better knowing my mom is being cared for around the clock. There are not enough words to show mine and my family's appreciation for what the staff does on a daily basis. I highly recommend RobinBrooke.

Robinbrooke has been a wonderful and welcoming place, to my parents as well as their children and grandchildren! The staff is outstanding and incredibly supportive to my mom especially since dad passed away.

I had my mom in Robin Brooke Senior Living, and I would highly recommend anyone to go to Robin Brooke. It is the best. They have the best people there, the best care. The food's good. They entertain the elderly people. It's like a boat cruise. My mom and all the women and men there didn't want to go; but once they got there, it was like home to them. Once she got there, it took her about one day and her whole life changed there. She met some great friends. She was there for five years. They had libraries on all three floors that they lived on. If you wanted to bring your family, they had a family dining room. You could use it if you had visitors, like for a birthday or something like that. They had rooms to sit around and watch TV on different floors. They had a workout room upstairs. They had actual people that would come in and work out. They had a beauty salon. The ladies could do their hair. They had memory care downstairs. When I first put her in there, she was good to go. Then she started slowly going downhill and got a walker. Then she started losing her mind and needed more help than what she was doing. They put her down in memory care, so she was able to spend another year there in memory care before she had to go back to the hospital. I wish I could get my mom back there. You could get anything you wanted on the menu, and they went above and beyond. If you didn't feel real good or something, they would do special things. They had their own kitchen and everything there. It was super clean and always smelled good, always clean. It was top notch.

I have visited RobinBrooke Sr. Living many times and have had the pleasure in partaking in several resident oriented activities with the staff and residents there. The staff are not only caring and attentive, but they also demonstrate professionalism at its finest. If I were to choose to go to an assisted living, RobinBrooke would be it!

RobinBrooke was a beautiful place, but they didn't have an opening at the time. It looked very beautiful and homey. I talked to a lady who lived there while I was there, and she was very complimentary of the facility. The staff members were very helpful. The facility was spacious, and there were plenty of rooms in the apartment I visited. It didn't seem like it was close to a highway that would be dangerous if a confused person got out of the facility.

RobinBrooke is the whole package. Great service, great management, wonderful amenities. From the moment you first walk in the door at RobinBrooke you are greeted with a smile and made to feel at home. If you are looking for a wonderful place for yourself or a loved one, you cant go wrong with making RobinBrooke their home. The attention that is paid to the details in everything they do is second to none. Overall a top notch facility.

I toured RobinBrooke Senior Living. They were very friendly, very nice, and made my friend feel very comfortable. It was beautiful, it was like resort living. It was very bright, lots of windows, big, wide hallways, so it was easy to get around. It was very nice. Everything was basically brand new. It was like being in a hotel. The layout was lovey and very convenient. It had a nice garden, and it seemed very easy to get from your room to the common areas; it was very convenient.

We visited RobinBrooke, and I think they would have excellent ratings. They offer both independent living and assisted living. Everything that we saw was wonderful. It was more expensive, and we didn't really see anything extra offered for the extra money. Everyone we talked to was very nice. The facility was very nice. Our experience was very limited.

Visited my Gramma today for the first time since she moved in earlier this year and was SO impressed by the cleanliness of the building, how good it smelled, and how many activities the residents have. We had lunch with her and the food was awesome!! Wonderful chef w/ Erik!!

Been here for seven months and loving it.

We toured this community for care. We were happy with the staff who were nice and they did answer the questions we had. The community seemed to be very clean. We were not able to see a menu or the activities that might have been offered. We would that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.
