Managers never around and if they are they are disrespectful to you and their clients.. regardless of the amount of complaints nothing is done. The bed bugs and roaches are everywhere. They randomly spray but not consistently. You can’t use the laundry room due to the bed bugs. I have asked for 3 years to have my air condition fixed but it never is. There are drug dealers residing here and random people knocking on my door at all hours. Most people only have one small air conditioner for the whole apartment. Another fire broke out on Memorial Day 2023 and no fire alarm went off. There have been multiple complaints to no avail.

They have an open community room and they only thing they do is bingo maybe once or twice a month. There are bed bugs here and roaches everywhere so the cleanliness needs some big improvement. I have had an issues with my AC unit leaking for months now and the management has been made aware but the maintenance team has not so unfortunately to no fault of the maintenance team I am still dealing with the issue.

One of the floors has college students on it. The community is kept neat and clean and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
