Unspecified · November 2024 They go against their own rules and kick family members out and imply things that aren't true and upset the residents that the family members are going to see the management or the ones that upset my aunt the rules say 24 hours long as you're not bothering anybody and they are going against the written rules and making their own rules and throwing people out. The staff is wonderful they treat everybody with respect and they are very sweet but the management is very rude and disrespectful.

Ma’am, we are all stressed these days. I’m sure you have people RUN when you tell them you use Matrix but I was trying to help you understand that I am not a newbie, and might know more about Matrix than some members of your staff, by asking which version of Matrix the facility utilizes. There are three. None of them are wonderful. But I was asking a real question. I did not deserve a “WHAT” and a “Well I’ll cOnSiDeR you” followed by your curt dismissal.
A respectable staff will keep the respectful employees coming back. Honey vs vinegar and all that. Bless your heart.
Unspecified · August 2024 My dad moved to Rosedale Green. They have caring staff, an easy intake process, and ample activities. Last week they brought in pygmy goats for the residents to interact with. I thought that was kind of clever. So, social kind of interaction type things. The room is clean, reasonable in size, neutral colors but bright sunshine through the window. The food seems balanced and nutritious, but maybe not as tasty as it could be.
Unspecified · October 2023 Our mother spent 5 1/2 months at Rosedale after having a major stroke. From the beginning of her stay to the day she passed she and we her family felt encouragement and support through every phase of her life there. We will always be grateful to every person who helped her in any capacity from nurses, to aides, to activities, to cooks, etc. We will never forget your kindness, especially near the end. Thank you, Rosedale Green!
Unspecified · January 2023 I went to Rosedale Green. It was a good tour. It seemed to be a good layout as far as how different areas were sectioned off and whatnot. It seemed like a pretty good place. The room was good. It was a private one-bedroom. They had common areas. There's a sort of like a hot tub type of thing, a very large shower and bathroom, and things like that. It was all good. However, the staff were not very good at getting back to you on phone calls, so I went in personally, that way I got their attention. It seemed like they were a little bit too busy. They're a little understaffed.
Unspecified · January 2020 My Mother-in-law did rehabilitation here for 3 weeks in the fall. We can't say enough about how kind, attentive, clean and modern this care center is. Her nurses bent over backwards and Julie Price, their Community Relations Director went the extra mile to make her feel welcomed and loved. The cooks customized her meals for her when she didn't have much of an appetite, they PT and OT staff we amazing. Overall, this place is beautiful, feels like a modern, comfortable home with cutting edge care and a personal touch. Thanks Rosedale!

Walking in you feel like you are home. Such an amazing place! We are truly blessed by the staff at Rosedale! If I could give it 10 stars I would!

It is changing from a regular Assisted Living Center to a Rehabilitation Center it will have small apartments that each tenant can pick what they like inside their apartment to make them feel more at home. The place is in the process of a complete upgrade. The staff of the place pay very good attention to the needs of the residents. As of the day I write this post the construction is about 75% finished
My father was there for about 5 months. He received extraordinary care and love.
Our mother was there for many years and was very happy with the facility.
Unspecified · October 2012 Rosedale Manor is good, but they were full so they didn't have anything to offer me. The staff seems to be very nice. I think the place is very homey looking, it didn't look like a hospital setting. It's spacious and warm.
