The staff was caring for all needs and courteous. Rehab therapists were available and helpful and attended to all my needs and concerns. The hospital staff was courteous to my family and attended to the needs

I wish I could have stayed for my full therapy treatment, SHC has helped me in the pass after two knee surgeries. The staff is very helpful and friendly too The therapist are very good at what they do, that why I wanted to come back to SHC.I would recommend SCH at Sts. Mary &Elizabeth..

I have had a great experience here! All the staff is courteous and honest! I Would recommend anyone to this facility for anyone needing rehab!

The staff is great and caring and pt and op therapy is also great they keep in contact with me and let me know how he is doing .I really want to thank them for caring!!

My favorite nurse is Sue! The best aide is Kazz-he is absolutely fantastic!!

Everything here at the facility has been excellent! All the staff members here are wonderful! The food is also very excellent! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehab!

My grandmother was in there a few weeks. She was at the hospital to get a heart cath and fell while there. She stayed 2 more weeks in the rehab facility after the fall and it almost killed her. She was severely neglected and ended up with a terrible bed sore on her bottom and on her foot. We had to personally transport her to a different facility where she had emergency surgery on the sore on her bottom. It was awful! We will never go to that rehab again.

I can't say enough about the care my father is receiving at SHC. The nurses and CNAs are exceptional. They are very kind and responsive. We have never been left waiting when he has a need. They are willing to help and do so with pleasure. The nursing director has visited my father several times to ask if there is anything we need. My father has been hospitalized many times. His experience at SHC has been unlike any other in the most positive of ways. I am so thankful that he is able to receive rehabilitation services at SCH at Sts Mary and Elizabeth.

My mother works here as a nurse this is a great facility with great staff and amazing therapy. I have seen the nurses go above and beyond for their patients and the great thing about their location is they are inside the hospital so if they need lab work or xrays the patients dont have to wait for someone to show up from an outside company.

Excellent stay! Got along great with everyone! Care was wonderful-nurses, aides and therapy!

My granny recently had the pleasure of having therapy at Signature Healthcare St. Mary’s. She said it didn’t even feel like a hospital. She said everyone in therapy was so friendly and made her feel like family. This made me very happy to know that not only was she getting exceptional care, but that it was a fun, friendly environment. I want to thank all of therapy for taking such great care of my granny. I’d also like to recognize Ivy and Emily for what my granny called “above and beyond care and energetic and friendly attitudes”! Thank you all so much! I would highly recommend Signature Healthcare St. Mary’s!!

I recently had a stay with Signature at Mary & Elizabeth Hospital and had a wonderful experience. Being a patient during a pandemic with no visitors allowed, they did their best to accommodate me and be there for me when my family couldn’t be! I was very happy with my care, from the nursing staff to rehab with Ivy and Emily. Everyone worked diligently to assist me with my recovery and I am blessed to have had a great experience during my stay!

My father has a total new replacement surgery in March of 2021. They did an EXCELLENT job!! We were very worried about him going there because of Covid, but everything and everyone was very clean. The PT kept their masks on at all times and the room very clean! Mike was his physical therapist and he got his knee all the way together!!!!! My father, who is 78, bounced back with phenomenal results and we know it's because of Mike and the employees!! JOB WELL DONE

My granddad was here and it was amazing services. All the nurses and aid was so nice to him when he was there. I appreciate all you have done for my grandfather.

When I first came here I thought it was very nice. Therapy was hard at first but it is getting easier every day. I have made a lot of progress since the first day. Emily and Ivye were great and they all get along well, which makes the time go faast.

Everybody here is wonderful. I would tell everyone to come here! I especially love Dalilah!

Our family had to send my dad to the hospital during the pandemic and we weren't able to be with him. He had to go somewhere for PT rehab and sent him to at least 2 places and neither were the best fit for him. However we decided on Signature health care and we were so happy with the services. The director even gave me her phone number after I explained our concerns from the previous places. She continuously had wonderful communication with us about our dad.

My mom is in there now and you have as many bad worker's as you do good ones. Stayed with her for 36 hours straight and had to go back up to open her food. Have to even call on some scheduled medicine. Would definitely recommend park terrace instead. Chose this one because it was closer. UPDATE I talked with Kristi and i think who was ever in charge of nursing. I gave them some examples going on and the nurse said on that particular day a emergency happened. The nurse acted like it was an isolated case and i told her and i had plenty more examples. I also have to fix the air conditioner by myself maintenance has never showed up. She ask me for names and with me being president of a USW union this would go against everything a fought for the past 15 years. Mom is just about blind and can't see faces. She is ate up with arthritis and has limited mobility, It surprises me that there is not some kind of meeting on patients when they are admitted so everyone is on board. If there is then you have an employee problem. You may want to talk to room 380 she might give you names because you do have a problem. AS of today never talked to 380 so I guess they think its an isolated case or pretend to care but don't. I will say they have got better but if there wasn't a problem there would be no need to get better!

My mother had they best care possible at this place. All of the nurses were very caring. I highly recommend this place.

My family member was recently placed here and she has nothing but praise for the staff and upper management! She was treated fairly and with decency. Our family highly recommends SHC St. Mary & Elizabeth!

My mother is there now trying to get her moved. She called us we had to go up and change her. She had told them several times.And while i was there she asked for a cup of ice. 30 minutes later still no ice. They were rude and not professional at all.

Absolutely fantastic facility

A 5 star facility. The administrator Kristi is an awesome team player with a very positive attitude. She shows great concern for the patients and makes herself available them.

Im looking for a facility because im getting a knee replacement. From the views i will pass this on up.. This is horrible ! Sad

Filthy, both in my room and also in the shower which they take patients to be bathed. Cob webs in windows to the wall, and dirt on the floor that could have been swept or mopped. In my private room, more cob webs, toothpaste on the bathroom walls, and black "chips" (for no better terms) on the shower floor from when I asked to have the blown bathroom light bulb replaced (which were never cleaned, even after my pointing these out). When the nurses from the hospital brought me to my room in Signature, there was no walker nor cane. I buzzed for a nurse and had to wait over 30 minutes until they decided to quit socializing with one another (at the desk) to even greet me. After having a TKR, I got a staph infection - 'can't say that I got it from them, but my knee oozed & had to be changed on an hourly bases for a week. I had to ask for my bloody sheets to be changed more than once. I'm only giving this a 2 star rating because of 2 night time nurses, 1 night time aide & the rehab services - it is due to them that it made my stay tolerable. I understand how and why this institution has received the nickname "Scary & Elizabeth Signature Healthcare". I have reported this facility to their corporate office.

Aweful. They don't take of their patients because they are too busy socializing at the desk. They expect family members to stay there 24/7 and they even bring their children to work with them. Too many narcotics for a child to be around without supervision....oh but that might be ok since they don't leave their desk. They were even noticed treating my family member abusivally. I had to select a star to add my comments....but they don't deserve even one star. We had to remove my family member due to lack of help.
