Wonderful staff! Staff is caring and compassionate with residents. Clinical staff is professional and knowledgeable and works as a team. Housekeeping and dietary are by far exceptional!. Activities are creative and residents are engaged. These are the things that make working here a joy. 馃槉

Unspecified 路 February 2023 My mother went to Jackson manor for rehab. I found the physical therapy team beyond excellent. They gave her time to think and react- very patient. The entire staff-food service, housekeeping, all levels of care nurses were friendly and helpful but most important they talk to the patients. As it got close to mom passing they came in as they were going home to say goodbye, give her a hug or a pat. I listened as I sat with mom and I heard the same respect and care to all the patients. Very blessed to have found Jackson Manor.

Residents are amazing. Our CNAs and Nurse鈥檚 care for the residents like they are family. I am so proud of our staff with all the changes with Covid they stepped up and worked hard.

I am very disappointed at what I have seen at this facility in the last 30 days. I would hope that there can be An improvement, I don't know if it is because of the facility is short on staff, but I feel that there must be improvement and quickly!
