Signature HealthCARE of Carrollton Rehab & Wellness Center

My mother was a resident at Signature of Carrollton and the staff was great with her. They made her feel welcome and gave her the excellent care that she deserved! Great job everyone!

My mother in law has been at this facility for over a year and she has done very well with the care being provided to her. Wish she could be home but since she can't be, we are very thankful to the staff for their care!

As a resident here at the facility the only problem I have is one resident is hateful towards everybody and they are the main reason why my family doesn't come visit

The team here is so compassionate and loving with the residents. It is clean, and the meals are fresh, hot, and taste good.

Visited Carrollton home today ! Very welcoming and clean . The front sitting area is very cozy and a great place to sit with your love one . A great visit at nice place .

I had a loved one at Signature Healthcare of Carrollton and she was hard to handle and I will and can say this facility took very good care of her and she was very well fed and groomed I would visit at different times and she was alway very well taken care of. The nurses and staff was always great with our Lyn and she was very happy with her stay there. I highly recommend SHCCS

They starved my grandpa until he died

Repeatedly going without medication is not okay, all the excuses only make it more painful, laying in pain f hours is cruel to patients.

This place is a joke and needs to be shut down!!

This place is awesome! They always have so much stuff going on for the elderly. They are so friendly and the staff get very involved in the community events.

How much does it cost my dad needs place to stay u can’t very walk he walk with a walker

I can't say enough positive things about my dad's rehab stay. The nurses were always willing to answer any questions I had and make sure Dad received quality care. Dr. Short closely monitored my dad's progress. All of the CNAs were so kind and attentive. They treated him like they would a family member. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the facility clean. All of therapists had a plan to make the rehab to home go smoothly and productively. The meetings the staff held were informative and they worked hard to make sure going home would be a smooth transition. Great job, employees of Signature Healthcare of Carrollton! We appreciate each of you!

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Building is beautiful and residents are happy!

Thiis facility has some of the most dedicated, caring staff. The culture is one of smiling, laughing people that enjoy taking care of people and sharing life. The atmosphere and decor is very welcoming. I highly recommend it as a place to live or work!

Wonderful place with very helpful and friendly staff. Amanda Kietzman is a superstar. She answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable and welcome.

We have been very pleased in our association with Signature of Carrollton. Amanda Meadows has been efficient, friendly and caring as has Kathy. We haven't met other workers but on the phone they seem to care about our loved ones there.
