I have been here 3 times. I would never go anywhereelse except here. The girls are good. And Tonya is one personI come back because of. She loves what she does. Tater is good and Dani my nurse.no place better than here. I will always come back here. Hands down.

All the staff has been excellent. Even from simply getting back to you when you need help or have questions. Holding your hand the entire way through the process. The staff there are phenomenal! I would recommend this place to anyone that sincerely cares about their loved ones. Tonya’s compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail helped secure a room for my mother quickly, despite my tight timeline. She guided me through every step with care and efficiency. The facility itself is spotlessly clean, organized, and highly professional, but it also feels incredibly personal and warm. I have several relatives who have admitted to Signature. Not only is the place beautiful. There are many beautiful people inside too. People who care about what they do. My family is dedicated to signature from here. I would recommend this place to anyone. By far, the very best. Tonya walked us through every step of the way. Her door is always open, and she remains inviting. You can tell she cares about what she does and the people she serves. We have no negative words. This is not what a nursing home has always been. We love it.

Michele and the Signature staff have been a huge help with father. Despite there being complex variables requiring extra work and non- standard approaches at times, my concerns and requests are always addressed quickly.

I am a resident here and Tonya and Michele has been the best people to help and listen. They have been the biggest support systems for me. I would recommend the facility to anyone. Ashley is my good aide.

Signature Healthcare is a lovely facility with a great set of staff. While everyone makes mistakes, the staff here work diligently to correct an problems that may arise. Tanya, the Admission Director, has worked well with me to make sure my father go a place to stay. Nurses are kind, punctual, and knowledgeable.

This review is for Nurse Mallory. I had called about some questions and concerns from medications not being restarted at the hospital. She was quick to take care of that and then called me back when it was taken care of.

I had occasion to be required to spend six weeks with Signature in E'town. The experience was generally good with just a few areas that need improvement. The noise level at all hours was difficult to live with, but management met this challenge wit a room change to a quieter area. Nursing care overall was excellent with just substitute nurses contracted from an agency creating the largest challenges. Physical and Occupational therapy helped immensely in maintaining my balance and dexterity. The kitchen staff was very good as well although some selections weren't advisable for a diabetic patient.

Caring staff and Great team, residents are always doing something and enjoy their activities. Beautiful facility that offers a wide range of services and care.

Great facility great people

This place may be beautiful but my mother has been here only a short 8-10 days and she had to be put back in the ER due to us asking it be done. The staff let her poop on herself without answering hers button calls at night, her o2 dropped they didn't check, we requested UTI test, Dr said oh it's something else. The Dr was slow to test and communicate what could have been done in a hospital quickly. We had family there daily as she was only there for rehab and now We are showing positive UTI on top of pneumonia and possible sepsis. In ER. Now ICU. Our mother would have died at this facilty tonight had we not intervened. Very unhappy.

Pills found in her bed on her table that she didn't take! They told her o pee in her pants and they would change her later!!! I would take them 40 minutes to come in to help her to the bathroom! They are lazy and pathetic other than 2 young ladies the rest of this staff is awful...they drugged her just to keep her asleep so they wouldn't have to be bothered to help her....We brought her home cause they made her worse...state should close them down

This is a very clean facility, with very professional, friendly, helpful staff.

This facility is now my mothers home. It’s not just a facility. They provide her with great care and especially love her as their own family. Tonya went above and beyond to support me and my family since my mother was admitted. The director of nursing and supervisor have been very helpful in her care plan and goals. The staff is compassionate and caring. The facility is beautiful, very clean.

My mother is at Signature Elizabethtown. The care love and support has been amazing. Tonya Hawkins specifically has gone above and beyond since day 1. This signature east is so much better than Signature east Louisville. This signature East really does care about their patients very good patient staff relationship nurses and nurses aids do all as to be expected you can rest assure you've made a perfect decision

Beautiful facility and nice rooms. Staff are friendly and compassionate. I have had 2 family members in this wonderful place. They serve homestyle meals. The therapy dept is wonderful. My aunt went home in a much sooner than expected time frame. We have felt very supported with both admissions. We will never make a choice to go anywhere except Etown. Definitely a five star facility. Great job, Etown. Our family loves you all.

What a wonderful facility! My uncle is in long term care and we wouldn’t want him anywhere else! The admissions director Tonya gave us the rundown of what we could expect, and she was right on with everything. She relived so much stress by talking to us a a family, not just a family coming into a rehabilitation center. We are so lucky to have my uncle in such a caring place! Tonya and the staff have the most amazing bedside manner! We are so appreciative of everyone and everything you all do. Thank you signature healthcare. We love you all! What a great place. Having family in a fantastic facility that feels like a home makes the healing process so much easier. My aunt had to be placed here for rehab care after a hip surgery and the care was out of this world. Signature HealthCARE is more than just a place of work for the people that work there. From the time we were admitted by Tonya to the end of my aunts stay was phenomenal. Great bedside manner and great personality from the staff goes a long way. It was more of a home away from home than a rehabilitation center. My aunt was able to beat expectations and she is going home earlier than expected. We both agree it's because of the wonderful way she was treated. This place is a home for so many people, and you can tell the staff cares about everyone and everything individually. Such an amazing place. What a beautiful place with amazing people. We loved the attention to detail that makes this rehab a home. Great work signature HealthCARE. We love you.

We have been very pleased with my wife's care here, and they have bent over backwards to see that her needs are met. Tonya, Michele, and Yvonne in the business office have been a great help. The room and facility are cleaned thoroughly daily, and the nurses, and aids are all very caring and helpful, especially Rachel.

This place is awful. If you want to have the nurse or aide to help you go to the bathroom, you had better tell them at least an hour before you really have to go. Same thing if need them. If you’re feeling sick , you need to have them bring in vomit bag, because they don’t come in and check on you when you tell them and need Tylenol for pain, then be ready to wait for at least a half hour before you get it. Worst place that I have ever seen. No one is ever there to talk to at night about the problem that you are having. 🤨

This facility has some of the most loving and caring and supportive workers that I've ever seen. They always strive to go above and beyond to help in any way they can. They try to make everyone feel welcome and part of the family. The facility itself is amazing and outstanding I hear residents talking about how much they love it and enjoy being here. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
