I visited my 1st cousin at your facility Sept 18. Arrived around 11:30 and were greeted by helpful and friendly staff. The facility was clean well maintained and there were no odors usually associated with facilities. Most amazing I observed the staff interacting with the residents in very positive ways. Even the necessity of giving direction to residents, I observed your staff doing those things in a caring and polite manner. Bottom line I left the facility feeing that my double first cousin was residing in a friendly, professional facility THANK YOU….

Wonderful facility! The staff were wonderful to my uncle! Such caring and sweet people! The whole admin team went above and beyond with any concerns I had! They are by far the best.

No phones in room to be able to call patients. Phone line doesn't even work if you bring your own phone. Only 2 rooms have phone lines at all. They have cordless phones to use but they are never fully charged. My sister has an open blister sore on her foot. It took 2 days for the nurses to do anything about it. Then another 2 days to put meds or change the bandage again. Her bed has a hole in the framing the legs her butt fall thru. She will call for the nurse and it will be an hour before one will show up. They turn the call light off, telling her they will be right back but she waits an hour and turns on the light again. I realize they can be short handed and busy, BUT that is blatant neglect. The owner has met with her and her husband to address the issue but it hasn't helped. Do not put your loved ones in this place. It is horrible.

This facility does not make you feel like you’re in a facility but more like you’re in a community. A community where you are listened to, understood and taken care of. They focus more on improving quality of life and creating opportunities for better independence! I love the atmosphere and positive vibes that every employee gives to the care of their residents.

This is a wonderful facility with wonderful staff. Employees here provide quality care, the rehab team is excellent, and people seem happy to work there. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area needing to place a loved one for care and rehabilitation needs.

I love this Nursing home! The staff are friendly, the food is good, and the care is just wonderful. I highly recommend it if you or your family member needs more care than can be provided in their home.

I visited the facility yesterday and like always was treated like this was my home. The staff were very friendly and welcoming!

If you are looking for a respectable facility for your self or a loved one, long term or short term, this facility is top notch. From the administration down to the custodians you will receive the best of care. Clean facility with hard working staff that go above and beyond for your healthcare. Everyone works for the greater cause, to give each resident the attention necessary for a better life, and total care mentally and physically.

My grandpa had clothes stolen and they didn't help with physical therapy instead they left him in bed and he gotten weaker than he was before he went in...I had a great uncle who laid in bed constipated told nurses repeatedly until he had be taken to hospital with bowel obstruction. My grandma was in there to learn how to walk again they didn't do anything they stole her pain med and was mean to her.. my uncle was in there and they stole his whole wallet and didn't do anything to help him... I suggest if you have a family member there to check on them often and make sure they are getting the care there suppose to and make sure there stuff don't come up gone... Don't get me wrong there are some really good CNAs there that do there job properly like Elizabeth and Kelsey and there is 3 more but I don't know there names... The rest there is just there for a pay check...

So disappointed with this facility. In the past it really was a 5 star facility. Its been years sense we have had any one there as a patient. It was a shock. They should be embarrassed to serve the food they expect those poor patients to eat. Call light was on 6 hours & no one ever came in. Family turned it off & took care of the situation. Meds were never given on time & were not always right. There was a hand full of professionals that did their best. Very few!! They are short staffed for the number of patients they have.

My father was treated here following a hip fracture. The staff we all very accommodating to him(he could be picky) he commented on how good everyone was to him were patient. The staff made him feel at home during his time he couldn’t be at home.

Signature of McCreary has been a blessing to many of my family members over the years. They provide excellent care for the patients and invite them into their family. My grandma always felt loved, safe, and cared for.
