We have staff that truly care about our residents. We pride ourself in being clean, comfortable and homelike. Our activities department keeps them excited and laughing. We have great entertainment that comes in every week. Our church services are outstanding. Our medical director is here pretty much every day, including the weekend. We are honored to care for our residents.

Very clean!!! My mother is here and is extremely happy with her choice to stay after her rehab days were up. Daily activities keeps her active and social. Would highly recommend.

My mother is extremely happy here. She is of sound mind and has mobility issues, and chose to stay at this facility over moving back to her residence. She is the happiest I have seen in a long time.

If you do not want results, but just for this place to take your money then it's the right place for your loved ones. Rude staff, I timed up to 45 minutes for anyone to answer a call light for the residents, I was patient dumped, nothing was correctly set up for discharge, lack of communication between the staff residents or family members, food they feed the residents is horrible and I wouldn't eat it if I were starving, I'd come daily and there would not be a drop of water for my loved one nor her roommate plus she was on a strong laxative which you need to stay hydrated and the list could go on and on. I wouldn't send my dog there after this experience. All I can say is beware! I had to call many times after discharge to get things done that this facility should've done. 2 weeks my loved one has been home and I'm still trying to straighten out the mess they left us in which was of course their job, but it doesn't surprise me because the entire 2 months my loved one was their they never did their job to the fufullest extent and matter of fact I did so many things for my loved one that they obviously didn't have time to answer a call light for. Horribly disappointing, but they got thousands of dollars from me. I would not recommend this facility at all. Y'all better shop around! I also slipped on water in the main hallway. No cation signs or anything. I had to go to the local emergency room. What if that were a resident? I could've been disastrous.

My mother has been at this facility for 2 weeks. Her biggest problem is getting help when she needs to go to the bathroom. No one answers the call for so long she’s been unable to wait. You would think they would prefer to bring a bedpan or take her to the bathroom rather than cleaning up a mess, but apparently not. I’ve called and asked them to get her help more quickly, but it’s been fruitless. Extremely frustrating!

Friendly staff! Residents who live there are very active and "on the go". Plenty of activities, the food is as good as home cooking, and the therapy is EXCELLENT!! Very clean, without usual nursing facility orders. The staff became family and we have missed many, since going home.

They are stalling in giving a refund for overpayment. Six weeks...and no refund. Multiple requests.

Be carful. I am having difficulty getting a refund for overpayment of charges. My Mom passed alway on 9/17. I am repeatedly told "we are requesting it from the corporate office". Six weeks...and still no refund.

The nursing staff at the Somerset Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility was very friendly and helpful to my families concerns and needs when my great aunt was staying there. They treated her like someone they genuinely cared about and their main concern was her comfort and quality of life. The amenities are very nice and well maintained, each bedroom has its own bathroom, television, and telephone. The facility also has a physical therapy area where residents with certain needs can undergo rehabilitation. In the main lounge area they have several books and activities including games, puzzles, and a large television for residents to use. This is also the main visitation area and has adequate room and seats for many visitors, there is even a small stage for guest musicians and religious services. The dining area is elegant and spacious with a great window view of several trees and shrubbery and the food and atmosphere was really enjoyable. Overall i would recommend this facility to anyone due to their professional and friendly staff and high quality of treatment.
