Beautiful community, very clean, and super friendly staff that go above and beyond! I am so happy we toured here and had an amazing experience!

My father and I had a great visit here! We were instantly greeted by the welcoming staff, shown around the facility and given lots of helpful information. The place is beautiful, and very well taken care of. The living space is incredible, and the food offered was delicious!

I recently visited StoryPoint South, and it is such a wonderful place! The staff is super friendly and really cares about the residents. The whole place is clean, cozy, and welcoming. The residents seem happy and well taken care of, and there are plenty of activities to keep them busy. The food is great, and the dining area feels like a nice restaurant. Overall, it’s a warm and safe community where you can tell people truly care. If you’re looking for a great place for a loved one, I highly recommend StoryPoint South!

My grandfather is a current resident, after many tours of multiple residency’s, this was the obvious choice. My grandfathers transition was made so seamless due to the helpful staff! He raves about the meals, and activities offered to him. We visit regularly and have lunches together, the food offered is absolutely delicious! I am at ease with him being a resident at Storypoint!

Toured Storypoint residency. This is by far the best residency my grandfather and I have seen! We stayed and had dinner and the food was delicious! The employees were full of smiles and so helpful. It eases my mind that he will be in good hands!

I visited my grandmother and it was so nice. I was invited to lunch and had lunch with her and her new friends that she has met there. They were all so sweet. The people that work there are all so welcoming and sweet to my nan. She kept telling me how fun bingo is there. Thanks for all that you do!

My dad moved in here and is slowly getting used to the facility. The other residents have really been welcoming and make him feel better about living here. I really appreciate that. We have talked to a couple of staff and they are so nice. We appreciate everything they have done so far.

Stopped in to see a friend and also looking for my aunt who will need to move into a facility for seniors some time this year. It was very clean and the seniors here seem happy and very social. I spoke with a couple of them and they highly recommended this place.

Came in with my relative and this place is very nice. Staff seem very friendly and I talked to a person living there and she loves it here. My aunt is looking for a place in the next 4-6 months and this may be a good place but I think she needs assisted living or a nursing home or else this would be great.

I love Storypoint (Ponder Creek} my apartment especially and the people (mostly). My only problem is people complaining especially about the food. Yes we all complain (me too) but it seems here so many complain way to much, just to complain!! They are other small things but I'll leave at that.

Mother says food in the hospital is better than what they serve at the home. Management tells you one thing and does anothef

Great facility if you do not need a lot of additional support. Had issues setting up direct rent payments but eventually staff figured it out. Fixed maintenance issues quickly and were accommodating during our move in process. It has been 2 months and so far so good and it definitely is a great value.

The grounds are beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s lots of activities also. There are multiple choices for meals every day. I’m so happy I came here and wish I’d come a few years earlier. I have made so many friends here. I have no family in Ky but I consider these friends as family.

They need to let people know of rent costs for additional people. We were ready to sign the lease when we discovered that there was a second person fee for my mom that was $[removed] a month. That pushed us way out of our budget. Apparently they need a new chef... I just hear my dad say that the food isn't good most of the time and they eat the groceries I buy.

She likes living there, apartment is nice. They recently renovated the whole place except apartments. Employees at facility are nice. They really need help with the food though, they have been through several cooks but that is the biggest complaint from everyone living there. Needs to be better.

We recently had to move my mother from her apartment to a community that could support her growing needs. Story Point was recommended as a safe, affordable, apartment style living that could offer additional supports as needed. My family appreciated the included meal services, daily activities, as well as cleaning and supported trips as necessary. Also important to us, was placing her in a community of her peers as my mother is shy and tends to isolate. The property itself is very clean, smells good (not like a nursing home), has been remodeled and the apartment she choose is very suitable for her, including hand rails and no stove. The staff have been very accommodating to my brother and I. We wanted to move her things in prior to her arrival so she didn't feel overwhelmed by disorganization. Other than a short delay with opening the apartment, the move was simple and they allowed us to use the wagon to make it easier on us. I can't speak on the activities, or other services at this time, though in meeting with the 3rd party vendor who offers additional non-medical services, they appear to be accommodating as well. I will give an update once my mother has settled in and has been there a little while. What I will say is that I hope her care and attention continues to be as good as it has been before we signed the lease.

I’ve never lived in a more relaxing environment. The grounds are well maintained and landscaping is wonderful. Every staff person I’ve met has been very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment has been the loss of health care services on grounds. I’ve had to go outside for for service for my elderly mother who lives in Apartment with me. This has made my stay more costly than I had anticipated.

My brother hasn't participated in any of the activities. He had [homecare name removed] which wasn't very good. There was one woman that did here job well while another wasn't very dependable. The food was okay but, could be better.

They are not professional! They weren't helpful. The food was awful. Staff unhappy . The staff were also uncaring and not available for any questions.

The only thing I can think of is the food. But I understand it's going to be hard to please 100 older folks. everyone is not going to like the same things. Older folks are set in there ways and I understand the food has to be the hardest part. Mom doesn't like the food. Eats a lot in her room. Said portions are getting better but still not enough. They are currently under a re-model.

I like living here at ponder creek. I have made a great group of friends and the staff are pleasant. i enjoy going on outings and the bus driver is such a nice man. I think that if people are looking for a place to go, this would be a good choice.

There is always room for improvement but as a whole, I am very satisfied being at the Holiday Ponder Creek Estates community.

My tour was really good. I worked with Sean, and he took us to see a studio and a one-bedroom. It looked nice and clean. Some of the people that were working there, like maybe the maintenance people, were very kind. It was a nice place. They showed a movie theater, a library, a walking path outside, a little exercise area, and a room where they do their activities. The staff who toured me was very kind. He answered all my questions. He spent enough time with us. We didn't feel rushed or like we were bothering. When we left, he also followed up with us, but he wasn't pushy about it at all. They provide three meals a day, too.

I have lived here at ponder creek for several years now. I enjoy the staff, other residents, activities and food. I feel happy and safe here and am excited to see what it looks like after the renovations are complete.

I have enjoyed living at ponder creek. i like the staff and the friendliness of the other residents. i have made some great friends so far and im sure i will meet plenty more. i enjoy having a community that i feel apart of.

when this place was built, my sister and I both decided that we would come here to live when it was time. Ponder creek makes me feel safe and cared for. I really love the staff and the activities are always fun.

I truly love Ponder Creek Estates! The location is perfect-It is nestled in amongst beautiful surroundings, yet still convenient and close to shopping, restaurants, banks and more! The community is currently undergoing a remodel/update and I am looking forward to seeing it when it's complete. The staff shows love and compassion toward its residents and one another. They have a great hairdresser who has been at their community for several years now and she goes out of her way to accommodate. They have a group inside the community that provides assistance to its residents when needed and their lead caregiver has been at that community for 12+ years- She's amazing! Ponder Creek encourages independence (as it is independent living) and goes out of their way to make a difference every day to their residents. It is one of my favorite places to visit, as I always walk out with a feel good heart full of love!

It was convenient and a nice place. I would recommend them to a friend.

I wish there was a security guard at night.I picked this one because it is close to me and because of price.However, I am hearing that price will go up when her contract renews and am worried about that. I really don't want to move her again because she has made friends there and is comfortable.

The place is beautiful but my friend and her family don't have good things to say about the meals or the bad attitude of some of the personnel.

They should be able to know in detail what the facility has and what they are willing to do for your love one. And don't treat them like a number but a person. Based off of our experience with Holiday Ponder Creek Estates, we would not recommend this facility to others looking. Mainly based off of the unprofessional staff.

Been trying to get someone from corporate to return my calls and emails but no one seems to care about employee concerns. Not a very positive experience with this place.
